This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Cozy SEC Football themed condo located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Excellent property! Very nice quaint place, my only suggestion is to list what all amenities for kitchen (pots/pans and utensils) so people know if they need to bring something specific if they’re having a long day and want to cook a certain meal. Other than that will definitely recommend this property to others.

We had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We loved the fireplace and the pillows were amazingly comfortable. The location was great to walk around the town. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine River Suites. The accommodations were fantastic, loved the fireplace, it was clean, had all the essentials needed for the kitchen. Bed was so comfortable. The balcony overlooking the creek was so serene. I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Helen. Waking distance to everything!

Very clean, roomy condo overlooking the river. Within walking distance to Main Street shopping and restaurants.Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quite, clean, beautifully decorated condo!

Check in process was seemless. Excellent communication from management company. The rental was very nice, and was the perfect size for a quick couples get away.Great views of the river and centrally located. Cleanliness was an issue. We founda huge clump of hair in the shower, the carpets were not vacuum, and if they had been, they definitely missed some spots. Also, the kitchen floor had not been mopped. I went to wipe up a splash of water on the kitchen floor, and the paper towels became black and dirty almost immediatey from the floor. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, at least a box of tissues, hangers, and shampoo and conditioner ( they provide a sample for one person) for the stay.I called management about the hair and carpet, and they responded the next day and took care of it. You will definitely enjoy your time here at the SEC room.

4th of July weekend

Great location for a busy weekend in Helen! From this home base we were able to enjoy the sites, recreation and restaurants, etc without driving the entire weekend. The local fireworks show was mostly visible from the deck overlooking the river as well. Made this a memorable trip!

Hiking Georgia trip

We planned a week of hiking in N Georgia. Helen put us in a very good position to reach trails without too much driving. We appreciated the kitchen very much and the cleanliness of the unit. In fact we had the building all to ourselves for the first several days. It was very quiet. We could have used a few clothes hangers and softer pillows. Staying for 10 days we could also have used a few more dishwasher cubes and a couple more trash bags.

Excellent location

Having a location next to the river was what we needed. We needed a break and this place gave it to us. The closeness to the town and restaurants made our stay even more relaxing. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
