Alpine River Suites #504 - Coca-Cola-Themed River Condo in Downtown Helen

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Great layout and we enjoyed the Coca-Cola theme. Nice view of the creek and close to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. Would recommend this location to anyone.

The location of the property is perfect walking distance to all of downtown Helen. The Coca-Cola themed decor was wonderful! The only issue we had was the wifi password was wrong on 2 different documents. I texted and received no response. I called and was given the correct password.

The condo itself was amazing with a great view of the river from the deck. The location was great eventhough the assigned parking was tight. I would have rated the stay 5 stars, if not for the check-in process and constant reminder of the penalty for violation of rules. For instance, we came 8 hours for just 2 nights. Yes, we were told check-in was at 4, however, there is absolutely no exceptions and you are told you will be fined if you enter the property early. Additionally, there are rules posted in several places inside that "remind" you of the violations and each applicable cost that will be charged to your card for each specified violation. I guess past experiences have caused this but being in our 60s and looking for a quiet 2 day getaway, it was a bit much. Otherwise, great condo and location.

Awsome stay and awsome location. We loved the coca cola themed decor of the apartment. The balcony overlooking the Chatahoochee river was great for relaxing during the evening. Location is a few minutes walk to downtown and local attractions. You will not go wrong staying at this property.

We loved the Coca Cola theme. It was cozy but spacious! Loved the location and right on the river! Well within walking distance of everything. Check-in and checkout was seamless and communication with host was great! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Suite was very clean, amazing comfortable bed, quiet location. Yhis suite is on the 2nd level with stairs (no elevator). Nice large balcony facing Chattahoochee River for watching tubers float by. For packing purposes, there was insufficient flatware, no cutting board, serving bowls, platters, blender or closet hangers, but we made do for only 3 nights. Management was made aware. Overall a very nice quiet getaway.

Fun on the river

The unit was very nice: great river view, comfy bed, plenty of room and nicely decorated. We didnr cook, but the kitchen was well supplied.

Super Cute and Convenient!!!

Just as shown in the photos. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. The furniture on the balcony could use a little TLC but it was fine. You can walk to everything in town. Helen GA is worth a visit if you have never been there!

Great location and hosts

We loved the water feature right outside our door which provided ambiance. We were limited on closed areas as there is nothing separating any of the rooms other than the bathroom. So, the bedroom is open to the living areas and outside area. While this was pictured in the online description, I didn’t appreciate it until I was there and couldn’t find.a place to separate from the bedroom early in the morning. Having said that, it was a great location and we enjoyed being able to leave and walk around at our leisure.

We had a good stay. Only complaints is the neighbors behind us were very loud, parking was not great and the view was marred by the garbage can.

Perfect place to stay in Helen

We loved this place - it was a full apartment with everything we needed, not just a room. The river is right outside the back porch. We were able to easily walk everywhere in town. Communication with Cabin Rentals of Helen was awesome. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location

We stayed for three nights - excellent location right in the heart of the town - can walk everywhere. Short drives to hiking locations. Condo was spacious. Had a gas fire so didn't need to buy logs. Nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer as well. But when we walked in the floors didn't look like they had been vacuumed, especially the tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom floors didn't look like they had been mopped at all there was a thin layer of grime on them. Bathroom sink faucet was dirty too. We also saw a roach and had to kill it. Saw some dead bugs on the ground too. Great condo if it was cleaned better. Could have been a one-off because we read reviews before and the majority of reviews had a good cleaning service prior it looked like.

Our First stay with a VRBO rental in Helen Ga.

Found several bugs in kitchen and living room. Another chair in living area would have been good so both of us could enjoy the fire place. Ice in refrig. looked like it had been their for awhile. More pots and pans would have been nice for kitchen.
