Condominio de montaña w / patio al aire libre! Remodelado con excelentes vistas!

Simplemente no hay nada más conveniente que este condominio en Columbine. Situado en la cima de la colina con vista a la estación de esquí con acceso SKI-IN / SKI-OUT, se encuentra en medio de toda la actividad durante el día y se encuentra en la cima del mundo con increíbles vistas nocturnas. Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y una unidad de loft fueron remodelados recientemente y no pudieron ser más cómodos. Al ingresar a la unidad, no puede evitar sentirse cálido y cómodo con el diseño sencillo con capacidad para 6 personas.

La primera vez que camine en sus ojos se sentirá atraída por las elevadas ventanas con vista al resort. La cocina abierta, el comedor y la sala de estar son perfectos para disfrutar de las vistas del valle de las montañas Elk. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un gran patio para disfrutar de una comida de verano o tratar de elegir a tus amigos mientras esquían hasta el área base.
En el mismo nivel hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal con baño en suite, una cama tamaño queen en el segundo dormitorio y otro baño completo junto a la cocina. Hasta la escalera de fácil navegación hay un conjunto de camas gemelas en el desván.

Después de un duro día en las pistas o una caminata pausada, podrá relajarse en el jacuzzi o en la parrilla a cabo en una de las parrillas de gas en la zona común. O mejor aún, sentarse en los muebles del patio para 6 justo al lado de la sala de estar en la terraza al aire libre cubierto. (¡El único de su clase en Columbine!) Una de las mejores maneras de desconectar y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Crested Butte es sentarse en la bañera caliente por la noche y contemplar las luces del resort y la ciudad. Con un alojamiento de este tipo, puede que nunca quieren irse!

Acceso a la montaña:
En el invierno, camina por un tramo de escaleras, ponte los esquís y deslízate hacia los remontes de la Dama Roja o la Reina de la Plata. Desde el condominio hasta el área de base, desde principiantes hasta terrenos intermedios, no hay problema para que los niños puedan esquiar hasta la escuela de esquí. En el verano, tienes exactamente el mismo acceso a las mejores rutas de ciclismo de montaña y senderismo del monte. Butte Con Cresta.

Great view and convenience to slopes. We've stayed in a couple different Columbine condo's. This one is more dated, but we would stay here again.

Great location. Not for beginners

Beautiful views and easy access to the slopes. Not for first timers. Must drive to eat anywhere. Road was in good shape. Condo was clean in bathrooms and kitchen but needs a good dusting. Would return.

Location, Location, Location and views

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. Condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Only comments would be the ginormous fireplace and ice maker did not work. We called property management who said they'd send maintenance who never came. . .

Jessica We are glad you enjoyed the condo and had a relaxing vacation. As mentioned in the listing the fireplace is not a wood burning fireplace and has an insert that produces light and effect but not warmth. I did have maintenance take a look at it and it is functioning properly. I have also alerted maintenance to the ice maker and they will take a look at it immediately. Million dollar view!

Absolutely stunning view! When not hiking or enjoying downtown, we spent hours on the porch relaxing and admiring the beauty all around us. Highly recommend Izakaya Cabin, the Last Steep for yummy comfort food and Thai Chili for meals out. If you want to cook in the unit, I’d suggest bringing your own pans. The current pans are in awful shape, terribly warped and one has a handle that is very wobbly and potentially about to fall off,

Unbeatable location and view.

Very clean, organized, and helpful. The view was simply breathtaking. We loved walking out to hike or down to the resort. The bus to town was easy and convenient. Summer in CO is spectacular. My only suggestions would be to bring an extra fan if you’re used to AC like us (not great airflow) and bring some power strips or extension cords if your group has many things to plug in or charge. Most outlets were behind beds or dressers and a couple were too loose to work. I would definitely stay here again. We met several unit owners and they were incredibly kind and friendly. Plus, again, the view. Wow.

Beautiful Views - great location. However, the unit is "tired" and needs the following attention: 1. WIFI spotty and could not use laptop without constantly disconnecting. Frustrating. 2. Poor ventilation for breezes (Needs Screen/storm door on front door) 3. Garbage Disposal stopped up and not cleared for last 2 days 4. Property Issue - Hot tub not operational for 5 days of our stay!! Disappointing!!

Robert Let me address each one of your points since we did look at all of these during your stay. 1. The wifi was registering strong speeds throughout your stay and our speed test show it was running above the published speeds for the carrier. 2. We have measured for a screen door to the patio and will order one and get it installed. We appreciate the suggestion. 3. Unfortunately this was a situation caused by your group when you dumped a large amount of food waste down the pipes and not only clogged the garbage disposal but caused problems in the plumbing for other units as well. The problem was resolved after almost $1,000 worth of plumbing repair. Please be more careful in the future when you rent homes to not put such large amounts of food waste down the disposal. They can only handle so much. 4. We do apologize for the hot tub being out of order. It is a community hot tub controlled by the HOA and a part was needed. With it being a weekend and our town being at the end of the road, it took a few days to receive the part and get it installed but the hot tub is back and operational. Safe travels to you and your family.

Outstanding views!

The condo has a panoramic view of Crested Butte and the surrounding mountain range (except for Mt. Crested Butte itself). We ended up unloading our car at the far end of the upper lot by the garages. From there it was a straight shot to the condo with only a short set of stairs to access the condo. There were 4 of us and the condo was plenty big to accommodate us. A bonus was a large balcony overlooking the base of the ski area and surrounding valley. Access to the ski area base was an easy short walk down steep trail. The daytime temps were only in the high 60s to low 70s. In spite of the mild weather the condo was uncomfortably warm for sleeping (we like a cool room). There is a fan in one bedroom that helps quite a bit. The windows do open. If there was more of a breeze that might have helped cool the unit off faster. By morning the temps in the condo were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter 2023 ski trip

Property was nice. A little older unit but not a problem. Had a hard time getting the temp regulated with the baseboard heaters as it stayed pretty warm inside. Almost had to cut them all completely off. Good location for ski in/out. Had a bit of an issue getting checked in as we had no where to drop off our bags when we got in town, and wasn't given much help, so we showed up early and left them while they were cleaning. Then the management gave us a hard time for doing that, and didn't want to let us check in 20 minutes early. However they eventually capitulated and let us do so, which was appreciated. We could have dropped them somewhere else if given an option since we took the shuttle from Gunnison. Can't really carry them around Crested Butte in the snow. That could have been handled better. All and all, a good experience and stay

Richard I'm glad you enjoyed the property. I'm sorry we weren't able to allow early access to the unit since we just had guests leave that morning and it takes our crew until 4 to make sure the property is clean and ready for your family. I do show that we let you know about the schedule a week before your arrival and that there was no place to store bags at the property. Unfortunately accessing the unit and placing bags in the way of the housekeeping staff just prolongs the process which is why we do our best to avoid it. We look forward to hosting you again. Best ski in/out in CB

This is where you want to stay for ski in/out and views of the CB resort. It was so easy to walk to the end of the building and just put on our skis. Property was as described. HBO was a bonus for evenings in the condo. Shannon was great in terms of communication. Super easy to work with her.

Awesome ski-in/ski-out condo

The unit was prefect for my family. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft with two beds. Literally put your skis on 30 feet from the door and away you go. Family room looks right over the mountain and lift lines. Would absolutely come back again.

Perfect location......... Smart design

Literally just about 20 steps from the door to putting your skis on and enjoying your day, it's very conveniently located. Over the past 5 years we've visited, we stayed in different slope side rentals; this one is the best in terms of price/location and we'll certainly rent again.
