*MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles may park at the property at anytime - no street parking permitted, no parking on the grass as we have an irrigation system.
*No tampering with cameras - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and your removal from the property.
*NO PETS/ANIMALS or ESAs permitted at anytime.

PROPERTY DETAILS: *This property does NOT have a pool.*
Main ground level consists of sitting room, kitchen, dining table for 8, bar seating for 4, large living room with sectional and smart TV, primary bathroom with king bed and en-suite, laundry room and half bath. The back door leads to a screened in area with outdoor dining table. Off the screened in area is a propane grill and a perfect backyard to gather while the kids play. *There is a small step up to get into the the house but no other stairs on main level.

Second level upstairs has a catwalk overlooking the living area downstairs. There are 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). One of the bedrooms leads to a room with a balcony overlooking the front foyer and has a desk/reading nook with great natural light for getting work done or reading a great book!

5 bedrooms total - 1 king bed, 4 queen beds

BEACH INFO: beach is within walking distance with sidewalk the whole way!
6 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag, 1 beach cart and 10 beach towels available to use during your stay! Please return all items before your departure.

→ SECURITY CAMERAS - This property has a ring doorbell camera by the front door, 1 on the fence facing the back yard and the back of the house, 1 in the driveway facing the property and 1 on the house facing the driveway/side yard. Cameras record 24/7 with video and audio during your entire stay. Tampering with any camera is prohibited.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per VRBO listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by VRBO, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via VRBO platform message system, immediately.
