Living Space
This entire condo offers three bedrooms and three and a half baths across a spacious, well-planned layout. Living and dining areas are open and comfortable, with plenty of room to gather, relax, or spread out. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating help keep the interior comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to balance rest with remote work if needed. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad allow for a smooth arrival.

Sleeping Arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a king bed, providing consistent comfort for up to six guests. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and includes an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bath, offering separation and privacy for families or groups traveling together. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens to a balcony, creating a quiet spot to step outside and take in the surrounding views.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is a full, functional space designed for preparing your own meals during your stay. It includes major appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table nearby for shared meals or casual planning sessions before heading out for the day. Whether you’re cooking together or keeping things simple, the layout supports easy, everyday use.

Step out to the patio or balcony and enjoy views of the pond and surrounding greenery. Note: This home is in the TPC Sawgrass community. Guests have access to the community pool and clubhouse. Tee times can be booked at TPC Sawgrass and The Yards; tennis/pickleball must be reserved in advance. There is no designated beach access.
