Once completed, the house will have 6 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Upgrades include a fully updated kitchen with 2 refrigerators, new cooktop and island w/ seating while the outdoor kitchen will be expanded and include a built-in gas grill, under counter fridge, ice maker, bar sink and lounge seating. In the dining room, a large wooden table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, with a half bath conveniently located nearby. Make your way up the pebble stone staircase to the second floor to find two king size suites and the family bedroom, each one with its private bathroom. The family bedroom features a bunkbed with a queen bed on bottom & single bed on top.

Friends and family will love the two king-sized guest bedroom suites, accessed directly from the courtyard, each equipped with a large built-in storage unit, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an open-air shower. A cozy guest suite is only a staircase away at the back of the property. A queen bed, TV, walk-in shower, and balcony provide the right amount of comfort and privacy for anyone wanting to have a more intimate experience.

Even with all of these wonderful features throughout the villa, the heart of the property is the serene and colorful pool area full of palm trees, tropical plants, and brightly colored flowers. Take a break from the heat with a glorious swim in the pool, soak up some sun on the lounge chairs, or have a restful nap under the shade of the palapa where two new fans produce the right amount of cooling breeze.
