Beautiful 3 bedroom home located in the quaint and quiet Oyster Bay II neighborhood. Located off of North Main Street, this location is perfect if you want the convenience of being downtown quickly. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a double basin farmhouse sink make the kitchen a pleasure to cook in, Dual Coffee Pot for single cup pods or multi cup grounds.. Open concept living area allows for family and friends to cook, eat, and relax all while staying together. House offers a 1st Floor bedroom and washer and dryer. 2nd floor has a loft area and 2 private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Screen porch in back for enjoying the outside nature. Linens are provided with this house. New HVAC for 2023. This house is protected by an outside surveillance system. fee's). Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Lovely stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for a family, lot of space and the screened porch and outdoor shower were perfect! Only small inconvenience was the slanted walls in the upstairs rooms, everyone kept bumping their heads.We enjoyed the quiet area, while we had to drive a bit further for things it was nice to be away from the crowd in our down times.

This is our first time to Chincoteague and we loved it!! We will be back!! Love the quaint little town. The house is very nice. It was perfect for our family.

Beautiful island home

This home was more beautiful than the pictures show. It was extremely clean and had everything that we could possibly need. There were four queen beds upstairs and a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom. The rocking chairs on the front porch were perfect for morning coffee and the screened-in back porch kept us mosquito-free and was so private, you can easily forget there are other homes in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location in a quiet, secluded neighborhood that is closeto the rest of the island. It is a short car ride or bike trip to the beach. We hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with welcoming front porch and screened in backporch. It is close to the beach and shopping but not within walking distance.

Beautiful house!

This house is tucked away off the main road making it the perfect location. There was more than enough room for my family of 6. House is well stocked and has lots of extra things that we forgot to bring.

Family Stay at Baycation

We took our children for a weekend get away at your home. It was wonderful to have everyone together and it was comfortable and clean. Our one daughter is married and there were enough bedrooms that there was privacy for them as well as for our unmarried daughter. We will be staying here again!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice. It has everything you need, even more than expected and very well equipped. It is very well maintained and clean. We were a group of 9;5 adults and 4 teens. There was plenty of room for everyone to either get together or do their own thing. The back screened in porch was very private and we enjoyed it almost every evening. The outdoor shower is great. The only disappointment was that it was listed as 4 bedrooms but it is 3 bedrooms and a loft area but the loft did have a queen size bed, it was just an open area.

Fabulous Baycation

We thoroughly enjoyed our island visit. Baycation is a fabulous property. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Upstairs was a little warm but it was bearable. We will definitely reccommend to others and will return ourselves!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was provided to make the week a wonderful success. We had one day with no internet or TV. Was disappointed that we did not get a call back on this, but the service did return on the following day. The only other thing was lack of central air. It was a very hot and humid week, and the second floor air conditional units did not provide the best cooling. We kept all doors open throughout the out to encourage air flow. Other than those to things, our stay was awesome. We have used Harbour Rentals for 3 + years and always find them to be so very helpful and often one step ahead of us in planning. Thank you so much for that.

Fantastic Property!

We have stayed at a lot of different vacation rental properties all over the country, and I have to say that overall, this house was one of the best. Well stocked, well maintained, great convenient location in a very quiet area, it has it all. This house felt like home as soon as we finished unpacking. The screened porch, private yard, and nice combo grill were the icing on the cake. I would book this rental again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was quite lovely and stocked very full with all the usual items. It was advertised a house with central air. However, we did not have that. When on arrival saw that there was little units placed in areas of the house. THis may have worked just fine in May but not for JULY!!Pony Penning week is a time we share with our family and it was very hot. Harbor Rentals were informed of this and they sent someone to clean out the filters after giving me a BS story of them being full, filthy and clogged. I was to let them know the next day. Still very hot and humid. Called again and was told they couldnt help due to a part being on back order since MAY!! Their fix was to bring a tiny window unit for downstairs and couldnt do anything about the upstairs. Sandy from Harbor rental came over and made me feel like I was an inconvienice to her and the company.She offered another place to sleep over night but moving children and part of the guests seemed like more work. She was very rude and talked to me like I didnt matter. This was supposed to be a great family trip with family all the way from Seattle. They were even appalled at how we were treated. If you advertise central air that is what it should provide, if not a call to inform us of the problems. I called and left a mesage for Gladys or Anita. I never heard from ANYONE.Seems only right if there is a problem, someone in management should have addressed it. I got nothing. Will not use Harbor Rental again nor will I recommend them. Even businesses in Chincoteague told me they have many issues within that companyand they dont treat the cleaning staff very well. It is a shame but its the truth.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and my sister chose this rental for 5 nights where we wanted nothing more than to relax and read on the beach. Thought the house looked cute in pictures, and in person, it did not disappoint- in fact, it exceeded our expectations! Everything inside and outside was beautiful and in perfect condition. I don’t think I have even been to a more fully stocked rental - anything you could possibly need during your stay was there, from beach umbrellas and a bike to ample dishes and cookware, plentiful seating indoors and out, and comfortable beds. We will both 100% be coming back!
