Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home on the Lake. Home was Completely Renovated and Decorated this year by a Designer. You will enjoy 6 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths with fabulous water views. Main Level Master Suite with King Size Bed, 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. Two Family rooms with TVs to spread out. Large Kitchen and Dining Room to enjoy delicious meals. Lots of Outdoor Decking, Yard and Camp Fire Pit beside the Lake. Brand New Heating & Central Air Systems. Laundry available. Bring your own Kayaks and Fishing poles ( Pa Fishing License Required ). No Swimming allowed in Lake. We are One Mile to Liberty Mt Ski Resort & Golf Resort and you can see the slopes from the property. Local Restaurants less then a mile. We are 10 Miles to Historical Gettysburg Pa. Also Local Wineries, Catoctin Mt Park and Caledonia State Park only a few miles away.

Wonderful home for Thanksgiving with my older parents and brother's family. The first floor bedroom was excellent for my parents. The kids enjoyed having their own room. Great open kitchen / dining room/ living room for chatting, board game playing, and watching geese and ducks. Very convenient to Gettysburg with an easy drive from Philly or the Washington DC area.

The house was large and inviting and nicely decorated. We had a great stay. Would have liked a little more room to accommodate all 8 of us in the living room but that was a minor complaint. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is breathtaking!!! Plenty of bed rooms and bathroom’s…house is beautifully decorated the fire pit on the lake, watching the ducks and geese. Perfect ! We are couples from Md, NJ, and Ohio…. We all loved this house, we were happy to show our friends Gettysburg and bonus to watch the filming of the new movie !! Highly recommend, perfect !

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! Everything was absolutely lovely. I interacted by phone with the owner and she was kind and helpful. The kitchen is well supplied with items that are sturdy and usable—cooking was a joy. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property was perfect for a group of friends celebrating a 70th birthday. The home was comfortable, lots of space and the kitchen fully supplied. We enjoyed local.sites and the fire pit in the evening. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous home , from lay out to all the beautiful decor. So peaceful, love being by the lake, and seeing the geese swimming by . Enjoyed the fire pit looking off onto the lake. Totally recommend staying at this lovely home.

Wonderful, restful, peaceful Week!!

From beginning to end...check-in to check-out we had the most fantastic week of family bonding and fun. The house is perfect for family gathering and creating memories. We have always come at Christmas before but wanted to spend a little more time with our family. And this week did not disappoint and we all agreed that the time went just too fast! Loved the whole atmosphere.

Estate on a Lake

Large decorative home, the backyard contains a Fire Pit very close to the Lake. Great scenery & serenity! Close to variety of activities, we did hiking, frisbee golf, regular golf and close to Gettysburg.

Had a great time. The home is super nice and clean can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful neighborhood and a short easy drive into Town and to attractions with few intersections to navigate . And if you like sitting around out buy a lake and listening to the ducks and geese then this is the getaway for you. It was quiet and peaceful. Also even though we didn’t use it there is a fire pit in the back yard and a house on the way to Gettysburg with a long driveway that had probably eight wheelbarrows full of wood for ten dollars a wheelbarrow not far down the road.

Family Reunion

3 cousins and their spouses met here for a week-long reunion. The property was fantastic! Cleanest VRBO I've ever rented. Beautiful new furniture and decor, not the usual second-hand stuff! Lovely extras such as handsoap and toilet paper. Seating areas in many bedrooms such a nice touch. Incredible view right on the lake - we enjoyed bird and duck watching and fishing. Great firepit. Short drive to Gettysburg attractions. Close-by DG Market for grocery needs. Attentive Host. Highly recommend this property.

Family weekend

Fabulous house

Our family gathered for several days after Christmas. The house is beautifully decorated and the huge kitchen was great for multiple people working together. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices. It was close to Gettysburg Battlefield which we visited. I would recommend this house for a large group as there were 2 laundry areas and bedrooms were very large and accommodating. We spent time watching the ducks and geese on the lake and enjoyed Christmas lights across the lake every evening.

Perfect location and plenty of space

This house was great for our large family of two adults and 5 kids ranging from 21 to 3. The lake is pretty with lots of geese and ducks and location was about 5 min drive to Liberty Mountain. House was clean and nicely decorated

Wonderful Family Christmas Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this home for our family Christmas vacation! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautifully decorated and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect setting for our Christmas.The kitchen has everything needed to prepare our holiday meals, and we especially loved the large dining area where we could all gather together. The living room was comfortable and we spent hours playing games, watching Christmas movies, and making memories.The property has stunning views of the surrounding area and we especially liked watching the birds on the water. Overall, this was a perfect place for our family to celebrate the holiday. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones.

The Lovely Lake House

The Lake and Water Views as well as the 5 Bedrooms were the reasons we added this home to our portfolio of Vacation Rentals. The location is perfect too. Only 1 Mile to Liberty Mt Ski and Golf Resort.

If you love to Kayak, or Canoe the lake is perfect for you. Public Launching is very close to the home. No Swimming in Lake. You can also fish right from the yard. (A Pa Fishing License is required) Enjoy the Snow Cover Ski Mt while enjoying a Camp Fire
