Dear Chris, Our goal is to make sure everyone is happy and safe, ensuring a positive experience while staying at the Mountain Chalet. Local ordinance only allow five cars in the driveway and when additional vehicles exceed that limit you can be subject to towing. We stress the 5 vehicle limit in the pre rental agreement due to this. We messaged you to let you know that you could be ticketed and towed. We know that such a situation can really upset our guests. We had no intention of pestering you about the parking situation. We were informed by the cleaning crew that went into the house after you left that they found a dining room chair broken in two, as well as the front banister was broken. We understand things can happen. We were under the impression that you had an enjoyable time during your stay as we had not heard anything that would suggest otherwise.
