Great views

The view and location of the condo are amazing! We seen dolphins and sharks and schools of fish from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Property manager easy to talk to. Only things I could complain about are the master bedroom did not cool like the rest of the house and was very hot. Then the stove top was not user friendly/good. We followed the instructions and got it to work but it took 45 minutes to cook spaghetti noodles. This was very inconvenient when trying to cook lunchs at condo to save money.Othwerwise over all very happy with the location and condo.

Satisfied

The property was on a quiet strip close to Pensacola Beach boardwalk. We really enjoyed the beach front view and access to the private beach. The kids really liked the pool when it was too late to be in the ocean. The condo was cozy and felt like a home away from home.

Pensacola Beach #304B

The unit was nicely set up for in-house cooking, which we made good use of, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were there 2 months, and Mother Nature was not very welcoming much of the time. We heard from many that it was the coldest winter on record, which made a 2 months stay rather long. The management team was very responsive to any issues that came up. The only surprise was the pool was not heated, and it was way too cold to swim in. For that reason, we would opt for a different location if we chose to visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

Don't get ripped off by the false adv of the use of your balcony and obscured views!!!

We were never told that we "COULD NOT" use our balcony for the entire week that we were there!All of our beach views were obstructed by the workers in our windows and on our balcony, wires & stage lift all over the place on a lot of different sections of the buildings.We had to shut all of our blinds in the place so we wouldn't have workers looking in seeing us/us seeing them.They should have told us that "our condo was one of the rooms that was still be worked on & that we couldn't use it!!!We would have "never" rented this condo, but we weren't told. We found out when we got there!When I called to complain, I was met with arguments both times by the Realty office. They should have told the truth and listed every single room that was effected by the construction, and should have listed updates daily to their website about any and all rooms effected, but they don't! The man from the office said he has no idea what rooms are effected, he doesn't have a list and isn't updated with them!!!!!! They ruined our vacation! We were told by other people, other condo owners that they were 30 days behind on the construction!!! The condo was nice, but as you can see we had a very bad experience!

Needs updating

The condo needs updated. The stove especially. It took forever to cook and one of the burners never worked. One of the beds was full of sand before ever going to beach. We had to wash the linens right off.

Right on The Beach. Good restaurants a short drive away.

The Condo is on the 3rd floor with a perfect beach view. It is well equipped and comfortable except that the master bedroom sheets need replacing. The elastic is worn and the fitted sheet keeps coming loose from the mattress. The patio chairs are comfortable great for seeing over the rail plus they swivel. We had a problem with the checkin process. Arrived very tired after a long day of medical appointments and driving. We could not get into the condo with the code we were sent. The guest information portal indicated we did not have a reservation so we couldnt get a number to call. Finally contacted the Southern Vacation Rental company and they gave us a new code. No apology at the time.
