Our stay was very good. We stayed at Regency Towers many times when my children were young. We always had a wonderful time. The only disappointment this trip was the floor was was very dirty. Our feet were black. I had to mop the entire condo. I soaked the mop before mopping because it was filty. But, other than that everything was fine.

Large family with 2 small babies

It was a great comfy condo for a family with 2 small babies. Convenient to the beach and elevators. Very spacious and clean. We would definitely rent it again.

Excellent Condo!

Beautiful and clean condo and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. View from balcony was amazing. Short walk to on-property pool and beach. Would stay here again if ever visiting Pensacola in the future. Highly recommend.

Family Graduation Trip

Checkin with codes, really clear and easy. The place was clean, had some beach toys, and a good layout for family time. The only thing that could have been a little better would be to have received the key for the tennis court the day and time we requested. We would definitely come back again. Was very good for us!

Lovely views

Everything was as advertised. Wonderful views and everything was pretty clean. It was really beautiful to go to the beach and see the sunrise. We had someone in a wheelchair so the ramp out back was perfect! The unit is not wheelchair accessible but a walker was able to get around. You really do only get enough supplies for a day. Good thing we stopped at Walmart before getting there. We had a great time! Thank you 😊

I would have given 5 stars on everything but on Monday a leak developed in the primary bathroom above the toilet and I contacted the manager who in turn contacted the the building manager who assessed the situation and told me it was from the unit above the leak only worsened so I contacted the manager who in turn contacted the building manager who came and looked again and told me the same thing, The leak continued to worsen and we were constantly washing towels to have something to clean the mess up with. We came in on Wednesday evening and water was coming down the dining room window and had flooded the dining room. Contacted the manager, again, who in turn contacted the building manager, again, so on Thursday the building manager and many others were in and out of our unit all day. They finally called a plumber and found the problem and turned the water off to the leaking pipe. I completely understand that things happen but there is no excuse for not moving us to another location or at least send someone or something to clean the mess up with. They did refund 500 but that wasn’t worth a ruined, relaxing vacation.

Older Complex but Comfortable

We knew it was an older complex. Pricing was very reasonable. Like the location, down from the hustle bustle. Room for 7 adults and 3 kids. Parking easy. Easy to get to beach with nice accessible boardwalk. No wait on elevators and elevators close to our condo. Kitchen supplied well. Plenty bedding and pillows. Condo needs whole update decor. Very dated. Cleaning company not the best. Floors were done with something oily, so kids barefoot feet were black. Small baloney, but again, older complex. Pub table and 4 chairs were only seating on porch. Pretty view from there. During our stay, maintenance starting ripping out floors on outside from condo to elevators, so made our floors inside even dirtier. Would stay there again and would recommend to others. I’d tell them to expect older complex and dated decor.
