Are you ready for a relaxing retreat? Welcome to Beach Glass Cottage. This recently renovated home is 2 blocks from Kids Corner and 3 blocks from beach access. It’s a short walk to downtown and has convenient access to the Van Buren Trail Spur. When you aren’t exploring everything that South Haven has to offer, you can relax in the private hot tub or roast marshmallows in the fire pit.

This stylish home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 10 people and there is space for up to 3 cars. You will have access to the entire home except for the basement crawl space and the upstairs linen closet which is used by the host. The main level has a dining space and an open concept living room and kitchen. There is one full bath with a walk in shower on the lower level. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, a french press, local ground coffee (Infusco, Sawyer, MI), assorted teas and hot chocolate. If coffee is not part of your morning routine, there is also a Ninja blender available for morning smoothies. The kitchen is stocked with gadgets, pots and pans, baking sheets and dinnerware.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms one and two both have a queen bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.

The house has high speed Wifi and a television in the living room with a Roku. Home includes a pack and play, child plates and utensils and children’s toys and books.

The house has ample outdoor space including a front porch with seating for two, upstairs balcony with seating for two, back patio with hot tub and outdoor dining table. There is also a yard with a fire pit and hammock. The brand new hot tub seats 8 and has colorful lighting and a waterfall.

Kid friendly with Pack N Play, toys, Duplo blocks and books. Kids dinnerware (BPA free) including plates, silverware, bowls, cups with lids and straws.

There are also board games, cards and crayons.

Contactless check in will utilize a personal code for the front door lock which will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to arrival and will activate at 4pm on the day of check in.

The exterior of the home is monitored with security cameras, one in the front and one in the back (both are Ring doorbells). The front is used for occupancy. The back ring can be set on motion-snooze while the home is rented. There are no interior cameras.
