Located in an old high school just 2 blocks from downtown South Haven, this condo is a dream! The condo features 16 foot ceilings and open living spaces meant for fun and togetherness. Relax at night in three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed in the master suite. The additional bedrooms are outfitted with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds as well as a full bed and twin trundle style beds…perfect for kids and families. The three bathrooms, 2 full and 1 half, include thoughtful touches like a bidet and a bathtub, making your stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the condo offers both air conditioning and heating for your comfort. This beautiful space invites guests to unwind and create brilliant memories.

The building is equipped with awesome shared amenities to make your trip enjoyable rain or shine. Features include an indoor pool and hot tub, which opens up to a large patio space with shared gas grills in the summertime. The fully equipped workout room and theater rooms are also available for you to use during your stay. The building has 24/7 video surveillance to ensure a safe and secure stay.
The condo is located just two blocks from Pheonix Street, the main hub of downtown South Haven. You’ll find lots of food and shopping experiences a short walk away. Continue further down Pheonix street to the riverwalk and breathtaking Lake Michigan beaches and views.
