This Lake Front/view Condo offers everything you and your crew will need for a memorable vacation!
This dazzling 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo brings together a full kitchen along with a large great room outfitted w/ a gas fireplace, dining area providing plenty of room to entertain the entire family.... and then some. Wanting to dine outside: we've got you covered as well with a beautiful~ 350 Sq. Ft. trex deck providing a awesome view of the water right allowing you to take in the nostalgia of US23, the first Michigan Highway bridging Detroit to the tip on the lower peninsula of Michigan.
Supporting KITCHEN LIVING ROOM 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo has room for everyone. Bedroom 1 features a Queen Bed and a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed. Bedroom #2 complete w/Queen Bed, and Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. The Living Room offers plenty of seating, including 2 Comfy Sofa's and 2 Lounge Chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, outdoor Gas Grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Just down the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The Dining Area table seats 6-8. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening beverage by the lake or on one of the many picnic tables throughout the park-like grounds.
In addition to the High-Speed WIFI, we've included IOS and Android charging cords/power stations to use during you’re stay, along with in-room security safe to store your valuables while lounging on our beautiful 600’ wide beach.¬

Wonderful hidden gem. It has plenty of space, super clean, great internet, beach is large, no rocks, and raked each week. It's thoughtfully decorated and provisioned with everything you need to get started on your vacay. Owners are readily available for communication and care about your experience. Highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again.

Mike and Mari are exceptional hosts. They checked in us and even went above and beyond to send me and mom a gift as we were celebrating some special bdays! The beach is fabulous, soft sand and clear water. The cottage itself was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, lots of games and the decor was relaxing. Perfect vacation mode!Our pups had a great time swimming and relaxing with us. Morning sunrise is stunning if you get up nice and early.I look forward to visiting again!

We love love loved staying here. Mike was super transparent about everything, and was a text away if we needed anything. We came with a toddler and an infant (2 month old) and everything was kid friendly, which was very important to us. Every room had its own sliding doors if you wanted to walk outside in the morning or go to the beach, as well as the main sliding glass doors in the family room that led to the back patio. Living room was perfect for movie nights as well as family game night (games were already provided, which was very nice)Everything was clean, which after 3 and a half hours of travel was a relief. The rooms were spacious and much bigger than what is shown in the photos. Having kids on the trip meant clothes were bound to get dirty, so the washer and dryer were greatly appreciated, and there was also a small detergent provided, but we brought our own just in case. Mike kept checking in on us during our stay, making sure everything was good, and it made us feel like we were a part of his family.Mike had chargers ALL throughout the house incase you forgot to bring one, which was a lifesaver since my sister had forgotten hers. He had a volleyball and some beach chairs and inflatables that we could borrow, which we did since the beach had a volleyball net.Love the convenience of the gas grill and the fact that the beach was right there. Overall would love to be back here.

Our long weekend at Mike & Mari's condo was so restful and pleasant. It's location just outside of town was delightful to us, and we loved that it was literally just steps away from the beach - which was large, beautifully sandy, and well-tended. The condo has an abundance of natural light with all the windows and sliders, there's lots of seating, it was clean and welcoming with its fresh and pleasing decor, and Mike & Mari have provided an abundance of amenities. Plenty of bath towels, a well-stocked kitchen, a shelf of puzzles & games, a huge storage box of beach/water toys, fans and nightlights in every room, excellent indoor lighting, and on and on. I loved that there were brackets of hooks everywhere! So helpful when you've got a family's worth of beach towels and suits and hats to hang every day.Do not be taken aback when you pull in to the resort. On the outside it may look like you're stepping back in time, but the inside of this condo could not be more fresh and comfy! Just like the photos show. We and our four kids had such a happy time there. It's a wonderful place to stay, and we've already talked to our extended family about doing a together vacation there in the near future. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Lake Huron getaway

The owners really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They include many extras just in case you've forgotten something. Home was clean and as described. Access to the lake is a few steps away. Beach is raked daily and is very clean. Would recommend to others!

Unexpected Splendor

Accommodations, (e.g., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great living space, large deck) were splendid!!!! Lots of amenities (e.g., beach toys, volleyball net, board games, etc.) on site!! And last but certainly not least, picturesque beach and beautiful Lake Huron just steps away...

The pictures dont do the place justice. Its absolutely beautiful here. Will defeiently rebook. The host Mike sent texts messages to check on us to see how we were doing even prior to arrival! Offering assistance and pictures of the sunset. This place is amazing. Had a wonderful labor day weekend. Beach isnjust footsteps from the rental. Space is fully stocked!

Great Place for Family!

This property is clean and has a ton of amenities. It is super close to the beach. The hosts are wonderful and easy to get in contact with. My family loves coming here each summer.

Best vacation

They stocked the cottage with every possible thing we would need. It was like a five star hotel, and when the ac wasn't working, they took care of it right away. It's a beautiful place in a beautiful location, and we loved it!

Perfect!!

Everything was perfect. Fit our group of 10 without having to utilized the sleeper sofa. House was fully stocked with everything you could need. The deck/yard was great for eating, gathering and playing bags ect. Checkin/checkout was effortless. And the beach….well it was great. Our group made full use of the bonfire pit and volleyball net. Will definitely be returning. There is a party store right across the street that had all your beverages and snacks. They even had a good selection of grocery items, milk cheese eggs ect. The only suggestion I have is to add a fan/ceiling fan to the two smaller rooms. Or bring your own. While there is a doorwall there is no cross breeze and the traffic from the road was a bit noisy with the door open.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo. It was bright and very accommodating.

Overall we had a wonderful stay there wasn't anything that they didn't have there that we needed to go and get.. The only thing I would suggest is better mattresses for the bunk beds . Several adults slept on them and they were not comfortable. But overall we all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back.

Everything about this property was amazing. It was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities of our own home. The communication with the property manager was timely and helpful. The property itself and the beach were pristine. We will be back next year for sure!!!

The perfect family getaway

It was a perfect stress free trip with our small children. The pictures do not do this place justice very cute beachy feel everything was nice and clean. You are just steps away from a beautiful Sandy beach. My kids loved making sand castles and playing on the shore line. Also a swing set and slide to play on. We would go to Dudley's Diner for breakfast every morning.

Big Open Area to visit with everyone at once!

Very cute home! Slept all 10 of us adults. Spacious living/dining room area. We all loved having enough room to hang out together in one room and be comfortable. Way better than a hotel hang out! There's also a Beautiful view of the water right outside!
