The property was just as described! We were here on our honeymoon and were not in the actual room much, but really appreciated the air conditioning! The beach is just a short walk away and the rental came with snorekel gear along with some other beach items. We did not use the tv, but comes with a variety of platforms. We did have to contact the rental and they were great to respond quickly! The picture was of two doves on a tree right outside our door!

Excellent Stay

The property was great for us. It was in a good location. We really appreciated the extra beach equipment. Everything was clean. We had access to all the cooking utensils that we needed. There was great communication with the owners. Everything was as expected and more! Mahalo

Overall great stay

Overall everything was great. Our two issues were that they didn’t have the A/C running when we arrived and it was really hot! It took many hours for the small window unit to cool the place down. The second was that they only had one tiny 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner bottle for our three night stay. Needless to say we had to go buy some. But overall clean, easy to get in and a good location

Better than expected!

Thank you for all the extra things to use for the beaches and recreation 😁 the place is great. FYI: the fan the the bathroom stopped working on the last day, sounds like it need a deep clean (had one like it in my old house xD)

Perfect for my trip!

Loved this studio condo.. perfect for my trip! It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and stove.. I could bring back leftovers that I usually can’t keep at a hotel! I gave location 4 stars.. the flooding prior to my arrival made the roads a mess. Several closures as they did the clean up. Made a little difficult to get to and from a few days. Other than that the location is wonderful. Tv was nice I could watch the Australian Open each night and football on Sunday! Communication was right on the nose, parking was always available and it was quiet!! Thanks for a great week!

The outside of the property is a little dated and it looked suspect. But it turned out to be a good stay. The condo was clean and has everything we needed. It was quiet and the residents we met in the jazcuzzi every night were very nice. Convenient location, easy parking, and the price was right. We would stay here again.

Perfect for relaxation

The unit is located in a building complex that is off the beaten path, across the street from a nice little beach where sea turtles visit from time to time. We were just a short drive (or a 20-min walk) from restaurants and groceries, which was very handy. The unit has a very comfy king bed, and A/C and fans to keep things comfy. Would highly recommend, and hopefully we will return soon!

Just What I Needed!

My stay at a studio apartment in Kihei

Since I spend most of time while on a Hawaiian island out and about I really just look for a clean comfortable place to stay and this fit the bill. It was clean and quiet. It is right across the street from a beach and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

Good property, good location, not very clean

Good condo with everything you need and more. Not very clean, but that's the issue with the cleaning people management need to address. Floors are pretty dirty, there was a broken glass everywhere: floor, inside the microwave and most disturbing on the mattress of the sleeping sofa when we opened it. Good that there is a vacuum in the condo we used to clean everything. One piece of glass over the front door is missing, found few bugs inside, AC is weak and working non-stop. We did not contact the Management company, but they sent several update emails, great communication. All of the above is the inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Great location, but beach across the street is not very good, shallow, dark sand, people fishing, but sometimes turtles are getting out on the beach. Good pool, good clean grilles, good tennis court, property is old, but very well maintained.
