Familias, amigos y parejas que buscan relajarse y alejarse, reserve su estadía en nuestro condominio de playa, ideal para familias. Con Schlitterbahn y acceso a la playa a solo minutos de su puerta, puede caminar a cualquier destino. Duerma profundamente en una de nuestras dos camas tamaño queen o recuéstese en nuestro sofá cama, ideal para un máximo de 6 personas. Refrésquese en nuestro baño limpio y fresco con un combo de ducha / bañera. Cocine con facilidad mientras disfruta de nuestros electrodomésticos actualizados. Relájese con la brisa mientras se relaja en el área del balcón íntimo. Además, hay espacio de estacionamiento para botes disponible durante su estancia.
Cuando planifique su plan de vacaciones para quedarse en su hogar lejos del hogar, en nuestro condominio de una cama / un baño.

The apartment was clean and easy to access upon check-in. All appliances were in working order and amenities were available as advertised. We had an enjoyable weekend and would use again.

It’s a cute place with plenty of pots for cooking which we did not use. Clean as a whistle . We are boomers so learning how to use the tv with Netflex and Disney took some time but got it . Would come back at this time ,less people very enjoyable .

It was a great place to stay. We loved being close enough to walk to the beach yet use the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, if desired, especially after the horseback ride on the beach!!! Kitchen was supplied well enough (except for spices) to do our in-house breakfasts and some lunches. Dinners were out at some of the great restaurants. We were not disappointed in any restaurants we went to. A nice place to come back “home” to at the end of a busy day. We would definitely stay here again. Great, helpful, responsive host. We did experience a little difficulty locking & unlocking the combo door lock. But that’s the only con, everything else was a pro-plus!! Thanks for an awesome way to celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday!!

Had a great time. Just me and the wife so plenty big enough. Stayed the week and was very convienient to walk to the beach and bar from the room.

The property was good checking in. Walking distance to beach. Has nice pool hot tub on site. Condo Has washer and dryer, offered shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen amenities although dishwasher door would open before cycle finished. Keurig door would not shut. Unable to use. Also Noticed ants on bedside table. Under beds had so many dust bunnies and behind dryer completely full of lent that ppl disposed of there. And to top it off day of checkout came across 3 roaches in kitchen. I would say nice decent place but housekeeping is slacking and maintenance as well.

Girl’s Trip

The host was very responsive and helpful and we have great communication with him.We enjoyed our stay, was a short walking to the the beach, beds were super comfortable. The location of the condo was great.The kitchen had the pans and utensils to cook you just need to bring your seasonings Overall we recommend this place and I will book it again Overall we recommend this place

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, very beautiful decor . Owner was very responsive and helpful. We especially loved how homey it was. Kids loved that the beach was walking distance and the amazing pool. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Worry free stay .3 miles walk from the beach.

The place was on the first floor right as you walk into the building entrance. Front door uses a code on a battery powered twist lock so you don't need a key or anything you can just come and go as you please without worry. The layout is nice with the kitchen and bathroom right as you walk in and the bedroom right after. The sliding barn door to the bedroom was very nice and quiet. The beds are both queens but unfortunately are very firm which made it hard to get comfortable. This is of course a preference thing. The bedroom TV was easy to use and to fall asleep watching. The living room TV didn't respond with the provided remotes besides power and volume so you just kinda watched whatever was on the Movie channel that it defaults to. The back patio/sitting area has 2 chairs to facing the Beach Waterpark and rear parking lot. Overall a great experience with a few minor nuances. Will def look to book here again on our next trip down to SPI.

Not as advertised

Didn't like being in a back parking lot. Door to condo, looked as though it had been broken into. Bottom lock on door was broken, didn't lock. The towel rack in bathroom came loose in my hand. Pulled the toilet paper, the roll fell in the trash can. The holder was broken. No extra toilet paper, no extra roll of paper towel. Towels, bathroom and kitchen needed re- washing with clorox. Not what we are accustomed too. My boys planned this trip for my 71st birthday, they were disappointed in this place and so was I. My husband and I fought all night to keep the bottom sheet on the bed. Please buy quality bed covering.Will not rent again and will not recommend this place.

great location on south padre island

Great first floor condo with short walk to beach. Very clean, had everything we needed for a long stay. Excellent place to start a bike ride or a short walk to the free bus system. Would stay there again next time we visit South Padre Island

Good, but

The stay was comfortable expect for the daily problem with many flies in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. We think they were coming from the drains. We liked the washer and dryer in the closet, the comfy beds and the nice balcony

SPI Escape!

Unit was very cute and much more updated then a lot of other places I have seen on the island. The best part is that it was on the ground floor!! My mom is older, and when your carrying coolers and bags of beach stuff an easy out and easy in is a plus! Owner is very sweet and communicative. Beds are comfy! Only downside was that we couldn't find a mop. As we were taking the trash out and packing up a bag broke and it was such a hassle to clean up. We did our best, but I wish we could have mopped. Also it would have been nice to maybe have some extra garbage bags there but overall it was a nice stay! Thank you!

Quick Get Away

The location of this condo was great and close to the beach. Very quick and easy walking access to the beach! This condo was perfect for us and our two kids. Big pool area as well. Would definitely recommend! Had trouble getting connected to the WIFI and the owners responded right away and we VERY accommodating!
