Beach Villas #103 - Beachfront Condo with Stunning Views!

Beach Villas 103 is a lovely, spacious 2 bedroom condo near the North End of Fort Myers Beach.

Beach Villas is located less than a mile north of Times Square and the pier, and less than a mile south of the beautiful Bowditch Park. Situated directly on the white sand, you get some of the best views of the Gulf!

Unit 103 features tile floors and granite countertops throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances including a standard coffee pot. A personal washer and dryer can be found in the guest hallway as well making long terms stays a breeze!

The Master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The master bedroom also has large windows and sliders allowing for stunning views from bed! The guest bedroom features two full sized beds and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom. This unit allows up to 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Guests can enjoy the stunning views from their private lanai, or enjoy some downtime relaxing in front of the television. This condo has all of the amenities you could want for an island getaway. There is a communal pool, lounge chairs around the pool, and a BBQ for your use. Our property is perfect for your next Fort Myers Beach vacation!

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental for peak season (November - April) and 3 night minimum in off season (May-October).During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.

Great Getaway

Condo was very nice and in a good location. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is also a hop on hop off trolley that comes by and will take you. Also liked being directly on the beach. Condo has chairs that we used on the beach.

Relaxed by the ocean

We enjoyed our stay and had beautiful weather. The unit was comfortable and easy to access. We had an issue with the shower our first day, but the management were very responsive and sent someone over right away to take care of it. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were available. The no see ums made an appearance, but everyone was experiencing them in the area, so I would bring bug spray next time,. We would definitely visit again. :)

Beautiful location

We traveled to fort myers with 2 small children and it was the perfect location. There are so many restaurants and activities just down the road but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the pier area. It was really easy to get to the beach, the elevator ride down and cross a small bridge. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials and towels. I am so happy we chose to stay here, definitely staying again.

Beach Heaven

The condo was right on the beach, we had our own section of the beach to get away from the masses. Rented a tent from one of the listings in the condo handbook. Easy delivery and pickup. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, condo had everything we needed and was minutes from good restaurants. Exactly what we needed.

The condo is very nice. The king size bed was very hard and I missed having at least a carpet and coffee table by the couch. If there was a vacuum cleaner I would have used it everyday to keep the sand off the floors. Bit, I was very happy to have a place to stay on the north end of FMB as so many buildings are still not near opening.

Right on the beach!

It was great spot. We ended up renting a golf cart and it was perfect! You can’t walk everywhere like everyone told me. The king bed was super hard but the others were comfy. I do wish they would have supplied more garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels though. Kinda a pain to have to go to the store for those types of things when on vacation. All in all though it is a great unit at a great location!!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Breach Villas! The condo was perfect for us! The only thing that would have been helpful would have been scissors! The property management was so helpful when we asked to check in early and when my daughter forgot her medication. The management company called me back on a Sunday and told me to have the medicine shipped to the office. We were able to pick it up there! We appreciate their help so much! Great vacation!

See You Next Year!

Enjoyed this condo, great location . Loved that they had 4 low beach chairs and 2 taller beach chairs which was great for my mom who is older . There was also 2 styrofoam coolers and some kids sand toys. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. Loved that there was plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels. This condo had all you needed. Definitely recommend this condo if staying in the Fort Meyers area. Despite The entire FMB area still recovering from Hurricane Ian the beach is beautiful, the sun still shines and the people are friendly and welcoming. See you Next year!!!

Relaxing First Experience in Fort Myers Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean- couldn’t ask for a better view! The beach and pool were quiet during our stay. There is a lot of rebuilding and recovering from Hurricane Ian, however it wasn’t seen as a negative. It was a good feeling to support businesses trying to get back up on their feet. There are many wonderful restaurants near by and Time Square still has some fun things to do and experience. We would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to going back in the future!

Excellent Location!

Check in is super easy. Just use the code provided at the time provided and you are in!! We did not have a parking pass provided, but encountered no problems with parking while there. Plenty of parking as well. The condo looks exactly as it was presented in the online pictures. Linens were provided and very clean. You do need to take your own beach towels though. There are four beach chairs and an umbrella along with a few beach toys. There were only a couple minor things that were an annoyance but not a big deal. The curtains in the guest bedroom don’t fully close. I used one of my girls hair clips to hold them together. This window is right on the walkway so anyone walking by could see in. The guest bathroom has a locking door, but does not actually lock. With six people in one condo, there were lots of accidental walk ins (haha). Everything was really clean on arrival with the exception of some food crumbs left on the dinning room chairs and the condo did smell of stale cigarette smoke. I’m assuming the previous guests were smokers. I just bought a bottle of febreeze and had it smelling better in no time. I know there was a previous complaint of the trash can smelling, however it was fine when we got there and I threw a small spaces febreeze in there just in case. Beach was immaculate. Sand was like walking on baby powder! Another perk was that we could walk to the pier and station square and not have to worry about parking. Lastly, the pool is small but my kids had a blast in it and used it everyday. The pool area never got overcrowded either. Overall this was an excellent condo!!!!

Perfect place to stay

Amazing beach vacation

What a great place to enjoy a family vacation. The condo was clean and easy to access. The linens were abundant which was great! The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible view. I was pleasantly surprised to have a variety of sand toys for the kids to play with at the beach. The only thing I would have liked would be a few hooks to hang towels and life jackets on to dry. The washer and dryer was perfect for us. The beds were super comfy. We loved the pool. It was small but the size was perfect for my kids who are younger. The kitchen had everything we needed except a can opener. We were literally on the beach. The walkway was flat with no stairs which was perfect for my disabled mom who has trouble with stairs. We really loved everything about this place. We can't wait to come back next year.

excellent location , but not only that the apt excellent condition , with great dinnerware and towel

the apt was great, and the comodity of parkings , going to the beach or pool as same as having a barbecue was excellent . I fully recoment this place to anyone who wants to relax and have a great family time.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the property is .7 mile from the pier which made for a nice walk and way less crowded than the condos closer to the pier. Condo had beach chairs and umbrella, among other beach items which was nice!

Much needed get-away

Great place to stay to relax and enjoy being away from hustle and bustle. Close enough to town square to hang out, if wanted. Beach view was great! Easy to get to water, or back if you forgot something. The condo had everything we needed to make great dinners. The bed was comfortable. Towels were soft. Host was responsive. We will be back!
