Dive into the Bywater, a historic neighborhood brimming with character in the heart of New Orleans, a city known for its cultural allure. This condo is located at The Saxony, a premier condominium near Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. Enjoy the luxury of this newly constructed building, complete with enticing amenities such as a sparkling pool, fitness center, and convenient parking—a perfect blend of comfort and charm.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the laundry room and into the kitchen immediately followed by the living room. The glass door in the living room leads onto the balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool and fitness center. The first bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen. To the right of the first bathroom is the first bedroom. Two doors to the right is the primary bathroom which includes an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. The food scene here is mixed with trendy spots and locally founded, casual digs - take your pick. Explore the St. Claude Arts District, Crescent Park on the riverfront, and more.

Nice place

The place was clean and decorated with nice furniture- had all necessary kitchen equipment. The neighborhood has many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Weekend getaway

This place was perfect for a weekend get away. We had 2 couple stay here in town for Lions/Saints game. Location was perfect, the place was exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and nice. The host communication was great. Always responded quickly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Satisfied

I had an amazing experience! The condo/apartment was very clean and gave a home feeling! The only thing that had me slightly skeptical was the street it was on, but once we got to the actual apartment with a locked parking garage I felt a little bit more at ease. Overall I would definitely stay here again

Condo was beautiful! Tasteful decor. Two king beds! Spacious and clean. Gated parking garage very nice to not have to park on the street! Conveniently located to French Quarter.

Beautiful!

My partner and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was everything I imagined. The home is completely as described. We were literally 10 minutes away from Bourbon St as well. We used Uber after our first night to get back and forth, which was pretty cheap too! I have stayed at several vacation homes and this one by far was one of the best. The home was equipped with several rolls of tissue and several washcloths & bath towels. It was stocked with some of everything which is rare. We definitely plan on staying here again whenever we return!

This place was awesome!!!! You are in the city but not among the hustle and bustle. It was easy to get around from the location. There are also some local eateries within walking distance as well. Being a native New Orleanian this will be my go-to place when I visit home.

Amazing Bywater

Great property. New, clean and easy to walk to nice Attractions in the Bywater. Lots of renovated houses. Elizabeth’s, Bywater Bakery, the Joint, Parleaux Beer Lab, Saturn Bar.

Easy to use location

The property is newer with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were some quirks to get used to in the condo. Firstly, though there is a gym and pool, we were not allowed to use those facilities as we are not 'residents.' Additionally, the parking is for a designated space but when we arrived there was a vehicle in the spot. Called the manager and they directed us to 'overflow' parking. It appears the condos are still for sale and currently there is sufficient parking as it appears not all of condos are sold. Secondly, nice kitchen with seating for three (there are only three seats and no other tablet). Thirdly, the color scheme is medium gray ceiling and walls with dark curtains and floors. This wasn't evident in the pictures. Beds are nice with a king in the master and a queen in the second BR. Fourthly, the neighborhood is eclectic. Very New Orleans houses nearby, with the French Quarter about 2 miles west. Also nearby are restaurants such as Suis Generis which was a nice change from the raucous French Quarter.
