Welcome to your home away from home! A spacious (1,960sqft), modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 convertible couches in the living room & 2 futon couches in the game room. This stand-alone fenced home includes one large common area with a 70-inch TV as well as an entire game room. The house is conveniently located 5 mins from the beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, Dania Beach Casino, and Dania Pointe Shopping Center. The house was fully remodeled in November 2021.

-No loud noise is allowed after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. -$400 late checkout fee. -$150 for the lost house key.

Amazing stay

The interior of this house was absolutely beautiful. Newly remodeled and a very open concept from the living room to the kitchen which was a huge plus! The bedrooms were clean and neat and communication with the host was easy as she responded within appropriate timing!

Another great experience

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Last September only 9 came. This time we had max Occupancy at 12. The house is perfect for our dragonboating crew. It has plenty of room, and the bedding was thoughtfully laid out on couch/futons in advance of our arrival. Owner was nice enough to look into options for us to view the Jags playoff game while there. Will continue to rent for events at T.Y. Park.

Close to beach and airport!

Our family enjoyed this very clean, modern home! The kids (and adults) enjoyed the ping pong table. We took a short uber ride to the beach, Walmart is even within walking distance. We enjoyed watching a movie on the large screen TV and being able to do a few loads of laundry. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

10/10 Would Stay Again & Amazing House For Large Groups!

We booked this house for our college reunion get together with a large group. Our group had high expectations for this home after seeing the pictures and those expectations were exceeded and the house was fabulous with every amenity we’d need for our stay The sleeping arrangements we perfect for our large group. We found the home to be exceptionally clean and communication was excellent. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions and concerns/needs. They were kind enough to let us do early check in and late check-out since all of us landed FLL different time. This home had everything we needed and everything was spotless upon our arrival. I would recommend this house to anyone and would like to stay there again in the future.

T.Y. Park Getaway

This house was the perfect size and location for my breast cancer survivor Dragon Boat team to stay and participate in the Ty Park Dragon Boat Festival. It was conveniently located to the park. It had enough beds futons and fold-outs to accommodate the full 10-person crew. The huge island and back patio made for easy socialization. And the three bathrooms were convenient for that number of women. Will definitely stay here again.

Great weekend reunion

We had a great time here. The house was very comfortable and spacious. Even though we didn't have time to grill or use the backyard it was well equipped. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We didn’t have any problems at all and Doris made sure we were well taken care of. It was super clean, packed with products and supplies. We’re definitely coming back again!

Wonderful place to stay!!!

Best experience ever

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the beach. The host was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to stay again.

Your privacy is guaranteed by the fenced yard and beautiful patio with the possibility to grill your dinner as desired.
