I have decided to wait on my review as my experience was very bad. The stairs leading up to the to the apartment were horrific. They are very steep, circular, uneven, parts were crumbling. The light switch in the hall went off way too quickly and due to the nature of the stairs, I was stuck in the middle in the dark and had to start all over again. Another set of tenants passed me by and literally stated, "we would help you but we already had to deal with these stairs".I moved out the next day and when explained it would not work for me, they got very nasty and refused to refund even a portion of my money. I informed them that I would leave a poor review as dealing with them was completely frustrating.Here is what Lisa from their office responded to me:Dear Guest,Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. Furthermore, there is no need to threaten us with posting content on various platforms.We are sorry that your reservation did not meet your expectations. In the historic district of the city, where buildings are several hundred years old, it is common for constructions not to offer the comfort standards of modern buildings. Choosing accommodation in this area implies an understanding of its historical environment and characteristics.This states it all.
