This house is absolutely brand new construction! All of the furniture was delivered to the house in late 2021. The entire backyard was landscaped, with a hot tub. THIS HOUSE IS TOTALLY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE! Perfectly situated close to many great private golf course destinations. 1.5 Miles to Jupiter island and 1.3 miles from Hobe Sound Beach. 70" TV in the living room with a massive L couch. 2 King Beds 1764 square feet of living space. Enjoy thw perfect getaway for your family and friends. Hurry up and secure ypir dates - this house is always fully booked!

Wicked awesome month!

My wife and I both use wheelchairs and love the Hobe Sound/Jupiter area. When I saw this listing I reached out and asked the owner about it as often "wheelchair accessible" hasn't had what we needed, especially the bathroom/shower. Communication with Jack the owner was great and the master bedroom and ensuite roll in shower bathroom was great.Very short drive/decent walk to the beach, tons of things to do in the Jupiter/Hobe Sound/Stuart area and the cleanliness of the house made for an awesome month. and the fabulous weather didn't hurt!

Perfect location and accommodations.

This was my second time here as I enjoyed it so much last year. It was perfect for what I needed and very comfortable. Communication with Jack was great and very responsive although I didn’t need anything that wasn’t already there. Hope to be back again!

Couldn't be a better stay!

Our host, John, was amazing! And so responsive and helpful! We willstay at his beautiful home again the next time we visit Florida. Easy drive to Mets Spring Training, Loggerhead museum. Beach was beautiful. We lovedcthe home...it was spacious, immaculate and close to everything. VRBO was easy to work with.

Wonderful Stay in Hobe Sound

The Beach Cottage exceeded our expectations. The house is new and was very clean and inviting upon arrival. It had everything to meet our needs … comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a grill, beach towels and chairs. Great location to bike to the beach and to town. The weather was a little cool, so we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. John was very responsive, promptly answering any questions we had.

Perfect location!

Nice 👍 Property very clean and new

Property was very clean as advertised! Recently Updated. Property has wide open floor plan. Good for someone in a wheelchair. Shower is wheelchair accessible in master. Potty room, kind of tight for chair user. Overall 8 out of 10 on accessibility. No ramps on entrances. Host was great 👍 and very accommodating!

Coastal Breeze was perfect for us

Home is newly renovated and kept well. Close drive to the beach. There were about 5 or 6 beach towels available. We used the laundry to refresh all our towels multiple times for our 4 night stay. We stocked up some food for breakfast and snacks but spent dinners out as we were in town for a wedding so didn’t have any meals eating in. We had 2 families staying, and used the master suite for all the cousins (ages 15 and above). It had a twin and twin trundle as well as a fold-up twin that could be moved into any room. Then my sister and her husband were in the king room and my husband and I were in the queen room. All beds were comfortable. The queen room was a super firm mattress, but we liked that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. The owner was super responsive in communications.

Great short stay to see family

We had four in our group, so the three bedrooms were perfect for providing privacy and luxurious bedding. We thought it was a quiet neighborhood, and loved the access to Jupiter Beach, Harry and the Natives, and the Catfish House. What a great local experience with lots of comforts of home at this property. We will definitely look at this property again for future stays!
