Comfortable home in the heart of the Grand Traverse Region....This is a renovated farmhouse situated on 10 acres-with a pond and fire-pit. It's the perfect retreat after days of sightseeing!

This area has earned a place on some of the best "Top 10" lists. Traverse City is a 'foodie' town with many options to fit a budget. You could easily stay a week and not see it all. From the lakes, beaches, and rivers; the eclectic towns scattered throughout the region; golf; kayaking; lighthouses; concerts and events; hiking and biking trails; museums; casinos; wineries, breweries, and distilleries; the now famous M-22 driving tour...This place has it all!

We know that vacations are often few and far between. The home is equipped with everything you'll need to have a comfortable and carefree stay. We are local hosts that are available should any needs arise. We are willing to help you understand and enjoy this unique area.

This property was in the perfect location for our visit, easily accessible, and well placed for all shopping needs. The first floor is spacious and well planned with all the comforts of a home including comfortable couches and chairs. The second floor is a fabulously large and accommodating sprawling set of bedrooms, again with all the comforts of a personal home. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with the first floor being massive and the second being much smaller yet somehow just as comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need, we cook everyday on vacations and I did not have to purchase any disposable items to complete a recipe! My husband is 6’4” and had no spacial issues; every bed was used and everyone agreed they were comfortably soft and we all slept well; the bedrooms were pleasantly dark and quiet; the mudroom/entry was a functional bonus.

Perfect location for the turtle creek stadium event and 15 minute straight shot to downtown. One issue with the furnace but resolved quickly by owners. Overall very clean house, great communication with owner, kitchen well equipped and plenty of parking. Thank you

We really enjoyed this house! It was perfect for what we needed. Super spacious. We wished there was AC upstairs because it did get quite warm but we managed. Otherwise we really liked the house and would definitely return!

Highly recommend

We had a great weekend and truly appreciated the spacious, clean and heart warming home. It was very well organized with everything you need. My family and I road on the Wheels on Rails on Saturday and we were less than 5 minutes from there. It is a prime location if you want to visit Traverse City but be away from the hustle of the city. Nice backyard with a great fire pit. 5 starts sir sure.

Beautiful and spacious home

Modern, clean, spacious. Relaxing atmosphere, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with hosts. Everyone commented on how comfortable their bed was. Would definitely recommend!

Okay.

Our overall experience was okay. They are not super quick to respond. House was clean and nice set up but the upstairs gets extremely warm. Make sure you see it is almost 20 mins from downtown Traverse. They charged us for a couch cleaning and when I asked what was wrong with it I got no reply.

Vacation with lots of driving

The host told us that the house was located few minutes from downtown traverse city. In reality, it was 20 minutes from downtown traverse city. We had to drive everywhere we went in the city, instead of walking and riding our bikes to locations.

We absolutely loved the property. It was easy to find. It was extremely clean & better then the pictures :) Close to downtown. Sally was quick to get back to us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Time Away in Traverse

We head up to Traverse every summer to meet up with friends. This was the house we chose this year. The house was beautiful, had a nice outside and everything we needed inside. There were a few issues during the stay that the owners took care of during the trip and worked with us to solve. We are talking about possibly coming back here next year.

Beautiful Home outside of Traverse City

This was a great place to stay for a trip to Traverse City. Our group spent the days out in the city and this was perfect place to crash after days of fun.
