We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved this property. It was incredibly comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home, maybe even a little better! This was our second time staying here, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we find ourselves back again. We highly recommend it!

We had the most amazing time. The house is perfectly laid out and came more well stocked than any rental I've ever stayed at. The owner and property manager were great at communication. We cannot wait to come back.

Very nice place to stay

The house was spacious enough to fit all 12 of us comfortably. The dinning room table was large enough for us all to eat together. Having a pool was wonderful and the drive to the beach was quick.

An amazing house!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing house! The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we loved spending time in the outdoor living space and kitchen. Everything was beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time here. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

Nice house on a quiet cul de sac with ample shade. The layout worked well for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a plus, giving us a place to cool off after the beach. My grandson loved it. We will be back next year!

Home was as described with all the conveniences you would need including great location and pool. Myles was great from Coldwell Banker and answered all my questions promptly. Will continue to use Myles for our beach vacations yearly!!!

Beautiful Modern home

This house was well maintained with modern features and was able to accommodate 3 families. We loved that the house was located only a mile from Rohobath beach/boardwalk and also on a quiet street. A few suggestions would be a heated pool and keyless entry for the front door. Another thing worth mentioning is that the bunk room has 3 walls and the 4th wall is a half wall that opens up to the staircase which can carry sound from the main living space into the room. Overall, this was a very luxurious home and we absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

Our stay at this stunning property was absolutely unforgettable! The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic bonus—perfect for grilling and dining al fresco. One of our favorite parts was enjoying leisurely meals in the sunroom, surrounded by natural light and peaceful views.The location was ideal—just a short drive to all the Delaware beaches, including Rehoboth, Bethany, and Ocean City. The apartment had a musty cigarette smell in it that the air fresheners didn't cover up. They just made it worse. The smoke detector in the primary bedroom beeped all night because it needed a new battery. Seven of the guests got a rash all over their body from the hottub. We had very low water pressure for most of the week.

Beautiful Home

What a wonderful house, so unique and located close to everything. The kitchen was so well stocked and meal prep was easy- high end appliances helped. The pool was too cold to enjoy- end of season, and the hot tub stopped working, requiring maintenance to correct the issue. We had 3 couples and a toddler and there was lots of room to spread out. The universal remote was a challenge, but one tech savvy person figured it out. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive. Our only non 5star item were the mattresses. In all of the rooms, they were just not good- surprising because everything else was just excellent. We will also bring our own linens next time. We would absolutely stay here again.

General house feedback

Great house and will likely book again. My mantra for the week was "the house is the vacation". The amenities and layout/style of the house made for a real vacation feel with many options for relaxing and playing for the kids. Only a couple of things needing attention. The main one is the plastic drainage system on the back patio around the pool had one corner area right outside the back door where it is broken and coming up from the ground that could really do some damage to someone's bare feet. We kept a chair over it the whole week so no one would walk on it. Additionally, the handle on the back door from the game room to the back patio is loose and took finagling to close/lock. So we did not use that door once we figured that out. Not a big deal, more of a notice that a door handle is broken.

The house itself is stunning, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate three families, and the pool cannot be beat. The location is fantastic - short drive to the boardwalk, easy access to the bike trails, close to stores. Love it.

The house is so well appointed and every detail well thought out. It was clear that so much love and life went into the design and build of the house. The home’s location was perfect - a very quick drive to the beach, Jungle Jim’s water park, a multitude of grocery stores and restaurants, plus it’s on a cul-de-sac so there was very limited vehicular traffic (perfect for our rollerblading kiddos!). The pool, hot tub and outdoor screened-in porch were utter game changers. We will absolutely be back!!
