This beautifully decorated condo has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom has a private full bath and there is an additional half-bath in the hall. The den offers a sofa sleeper for additional bedding. Free unlimited WiFi throughout the complex.

The master offers a king bed, flat screen TV and a the bathroom that has double vanities, marble shower with 2 heads and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and media cabinet with a flat screen TV and a retro Atari game system. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. A fully furnished kitchen to make meals for the whole family. There is a Keurig for your convenience. This unit is unique in that the owners have offered books, kids DVD library and family games for those rainy days. The dining table seats 8 and 4 at the bar.

The oversize balcony over looks the beach and is over 600 square feet in size with beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and the stunning blue-green waters that make Alabama's Gulf Coast one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Parking passes are required and have to be purchased from the front desk at your arrival and the cost is $58 plus tax - the pass is good for your entire stay. This price is subject to change with Phoenix's discretion.

The Phoenix West has an abundance of amenities for every member of the family. A lazy river (floats provided) with a super water slide, BBQ grills, hot tubs, heated indoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness facilities, sauna & tennis courts.
Only 2 parking passes allowed

Phoenix West has a new registration system for parking passes. The Property Manager will register your reservation and then you will receive an email to complete registration and pay for parking. You will be sent an email with a barcode to provide upon your arrival at Phoenix West in order to retrieve your parking passes. A guest stay in excess of 31 days, will require the purchase of an additional pass for each 31-day period thereafter while on the property.
