We stayed at this unit after a last minute decision to go to the beach for the 4th to celebrate daughter's birthday. This was only 1 of 2 remaining available units. I feel it was still available because of the living room seating. -The unit has 3 bed/bathrooms which was great for 6 adults but only has comfortable seating for 5. There is a large brown leather sofa, a very nice swivel arm chair & 1 other chair with no arms(both in blue shades that didnt look like it went with couch) I guess you could squeeze 4 on the sofa but definitely not comfortable/conducive to lounging around. We stayed at dining room table after dinner to talk. Other 3 bedroom units we have stayed in at the beach all had sectionals . -There is an issue with the dishwasher. The lower rack was missing the wheels making it hard to load/unload. Found the wheels in a drawer but after putting them on & having them fall off repeatedly I realized why they were in the drawer. Also not 1 dishwasher pod or pack was there when we checked in -there was several boxes of laundry detergent, roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom.-Lastly while it was nice to have a beach chair setup included with the condo please note-if you want to be on the front row you must reserve them the day b4 & pay the business 15 per day. That said we had a great time at the beach. Wonderful views from condo. Lots of pots, pans, dishes for eating there. Plus front row seats to fireworks out the front door
