Beach Club # 1606C ofrece el destino de vacaciones de playa con el que has estado soñando. Ubicado en la arena de la playa de Pensacola en Beach Club Resort and Spa, este condominio de cuatro dormitorios ofrece espacio más que suficiente para 11 huéspedes. Las ventanas del piso al techo cuentan con magníficas vistas de la playa en su sala de estar principal y dos dormitorios. Las vistas de la playa seguramente lo llevarán a su gran balcón privado para ver de cerca y con muebles cómodos y una parrilla privada, este es el lugar perfecto para crear recuerdos. Condo was nice. Master bathroom door leaks so the showerhead had to be angled toward the wall or the bathroom floor had water every where. We did notice a few things while we were there that suggests someone had been in the condo. A 5-hour energy and a phone charger were right next to the stove after a beach day. Charger was plugged in. A day or two later it was gone then it was back again. I wish there were other ways to lock the door besides the code. We all thought those items were one of our families then when we were packing to leave we noticed the charger was gone again, but the 5-hr energy was still there. We discussed who's it was with everyone & no one knew. It definitely did not feel very secure with just that one lock. The washer needs cleaned, it smells like mildew. Otherwise it is a nice condo.

Beach Club is a nice facility that I have stayed at multiple times. This unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Bay. It has just about everything you need and they list out the items you should bring. The jetted tub was not working at the time of our stay. That did not really bother us since we did not plan to use it anyway, but I thought it worth mentioning for someone else to consider. The blinds in the back master would not lower, simple maintenance issue. Overall, I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Do not recommend

First, I will say the view and balcony are very pretty and we enjoyed watching the water and sunset. Overall, the condo is very bare and there is not a rug or anything to make it feel comfortable. The main complaint that we had is that most of our stay the condo smelled like sewage near the front door, hall and bedrooms. It was so bad we didn't use one of the bedrooms and a family member slept on the couch. We contacted the management company and they were friendly but did not offer any help. This may be a problem coming from outside the unit and can't be fixed, but we would not stay in this unit again.

Amazing trip!

This was such a perfect get-away! My mom and 2 teenage children went for a quick vacay to celebrate my mom's 77th and my daughter's 17th birthday. We could not have asked for a better stay...condo, beach, pool, easy walking distance to restaurants...it was PERFECT! Finding something that nana and both teens (14 and 17) can all enjoy and relax is sometimes tricky but this did the trick :) We never had to get back in the car once we got there which was very nice. Each person had their own room so everyone had their own space and bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and this trip...can't wait to go back! Thank you for your hospitality and helping us create great memories that will last forever :)

Amazing View

This condo was easy to find, a great location, had awesome amenities and an unforgettable view. Beach access was easy and there were lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo for family get together

Condo is beautiful with fantastic views from a corner 16th floor unit! Would definitely select this condo again. The spa, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools are great! The many codes required take getting used to and we requested more fobs (which we were given). You definitely feel secure! A great stay!

Broken stuff not fixed

We stayed in this unit last year and were aware of several broken issues. We called 4 weeks before our check in to remind them of our issues. None of the stuff was fixed when we arrived and some of if was still not fixed when we checked out. On the bright side we did receive a partial refund.

Love the place

1. Check in was horrible gate code given was wrong even when on phone with Southern gave code wrong it was non stop. 2. They need to replenish the cook ware there was no mixing bowls, needs bigger skillets, more baking pans and spare beds were horrible to sleep on. The master was amazing, but for the price the beds need to be more comfortable. 3. The view was amazing couldn't ask for a better view. I understand renters don’t take care of your place, but the people that try to take better care of the rental like me is being punished for it. Marilyn B.

Spacious w/ Beautiful Views, Needs Updates

The check-in process and communication were great. The view was absolutely beautiful just as shown in the pictures, and the proximity to the beach, gym, heated pool, and outdoor pool were perfect. Very nice property overall, but could use some of the updates also listed in the other reviews - appliances (door code, water filter, TVs), mattresses (one guest had to sleep on the couch because it was more comfortable), and accurate updates (jetted tub is shown in picture but was not working during our stay, code provided did not match door code so we had to fiddle for a while). They also had to come and lift the hurricane shutters which were blocking the view for part of our stay. These things should be taken care of before arrival. The place is spacious and was perfect for what we wanted. The second balcony was also enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if the things people have asked to be updated are updated.

Great location

This was a great place for our girls' getaway. Everything was top notch. I only have two suggestions...our shower needed a shelf or shower caddy. Very awkward having no place to put the soap, shampoo or washcloth. Also there are NO rugs in the property. A bedside rug (at least) is nice to put your feet on when you get in/out of bed. Other than these two suggestions, all was perfect.

Very nice place!

This is a very high-quality unit with really nice finishes. The beach views from the large wrap-around balcony are awesome! There is also a private balcony in the front bedroom with a view of the sound. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to upgrade the beds which seem cheap and are a little squeaky, especially at this price point. (at least the front bedroom I was in was). I would have rated 5* if I was in a more comfortable bed.

Mixed Emotions

The Condo itself was wonderful. But we were very disappointed in the lack of information regarding the facility & checking in. The code that was given us for our condo did not work. Luckily my son played around and realized it was printed incorrectly. We had dirty towels & washcloths behind the door of one of the bathrooms. AND we were under the impression that this was a family condo. We were very distressed to find we had a picture of a nude women & a picture of a man & woman in an inappropriate pose. We had young boys & girl with us!!!!! The condo, however, was wonderful. Met all our needs. We were impressed with the cooking utensils altho we were disappointed in the chipped dishes.

Nice, but certain problems.

The front door was almost impossible to open and shut and we first were given the wrong code. The master bedroom bed was squeaky and the wind howled at night in the first bedroom .The facility itself had too many codes, but they provided two fobs. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice, and the two beach chairs with umbrella at no cost was nice.

5 Star View / 3 Star Experience

Let's start with the good: Beach Club is a wonderful property I have stayed at many times. The Western end units with the wrap around balconies are the best units in the building outside of the Penthouse Units. The view from the 16th floor is spectacular. I will certainly say up front that I WOULD rent this unit again as the view is spectacular. The unit had a well stocked kitchen, check in was a breeze, and Southern Vacation Rentals were very quick to respond to any concerns we had. To the Opportunities: Most of this is Tough Love feedback to the owners of this beautiful condo. These units are well over a million dollars.. It is time to for the owner to spend 20k to upgrade this condo. I don't know how long the owner has owned it, but it needs some TLC. The Living Room furniture and mattresses are where most of the upgrades are needed. The Couches are ripped and looked extremely old with wear and tear. The Dining Table has "PLASTIC CHAIRS" around it which aren't comfortable at all. The Kitchen had no Keurig coffee maker which is extremely odd for a high end unit like this. There were 2 microwaves in the kitchen? This made us wonder if there was something wrong with the built in microwave? The built in microwave has a crack in the door when you open it, so we never used it. Much better to replace the built in, and remove the microwave from the counter to replace with a Keurig coffee maker which would be much more sanitary in a Covid world. Blinds are missing from the 2nd Master Bedroom which makes that room extremely hot in the afternoon/evening so no one can take a nap in there. I don't understand why things like blinds would not be fixed in a unit like this. The mattresses especially in the Master Bedroom were hard as a rock. It would also be really nice to see some nicer furniture on the North Balcony. This is such a nice balcony to watch the sunset or have coffee in the morning, yet you have 2 small chairs and a table. A nice high top teak set would be much more enjoyable out there and is what I have seen in the other 2 end units I have rented. I will stop writing a novel about what needs to be upgraded, I just sincerely want to offer the tough love to the owner, because at the end of the day they are the ones who will make the decision to upgrade the decor, not the management company. You have a beautiful 16th floor unit, that needs the furniture and finishes to match. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!
