Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Beach Club

We stayed in the smaller building which is just in front of the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with the basic amenities. Location was good. The resort also has a great gym and pool area. Any issues that we had were resolved by the management very quickly.

Vacation

Our 2nd stay in this unit. Dryer was not working but maintenance came by and got it fixed (sort of). Had to put pressure on corner for sensor to pick up. Location is the reason we stay here. Bed needs to be bigger but unit is adequate.

Relaxation vacation

It was great staying at the property everyone was so nice I’m from the area originally but now military so me and my significant other visit and we always stay at the beach. It was very relaxing even the other guest were nice as well

Not even sure where to begin…

I have an overall two stars and one of those is based on location! We had issues from the moment we checked in. Our door code didn’t work, so we couldn’t get in our room. The second code they gave us didn’t work either. It was a process just to get in the room to put our stuff down. Once we got in the room, we noticed that the bunk listed in the ad would only hold a toddler! It wasn’t even five feet long! That should have been mentioned in the ad for sure. On top of that, there were three of us and we only had ONE roll of toilet paper and four towels. During check in, we were told there were more towels in the cabinet but THAT magical cabinet must have been in someone else’s room. :-( As our stay progressed, we had other inconveniences to deal with. The fan in the living room won’t stay on without the light on. The dishwasher detergent holder was broken. The Wi-Fi went out several times. We got locked out of our room an additional three times during our stay because of the code not working. And my favorite, the hot tub was barely lukewarm. When we asked the maintenance man to turn the heat on, he said only the “day time guy” could do that and he wasn’t there and must have “forgotten”. Everything for guests closes at 9pm, except most nights they close around 8-8:15. When I brought any issues to the front desk, I was given an apology and told they understood it was frustrating. Really? This was our first time staying at Beach Club and will definitely be the last.

Perfect

This place is in a perfect location with walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is beautiful and the fact that it has a balcony on the beach side was awesome to be able to sit with a cocktail and enjoy the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, etc. we also liked that it is in a gated community. Check-in was seamless and everyone was very professional and friendly. This was the first time that my husband and I traveled to Pansecola and hopefully won’t be the last and would rent it again. Highly recommend.

Lovely and perfect location

Enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely condo. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance from several wonderful restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Would definitely recommend!

Not flawless but can't beat simple and beachfront views

The condo its self has endured some mistreatment. Could use a little TLC. Small blemishes here and there but nothing bothered us during our stay. For example; a light bulb was out in living room, 1 side of the balcony curtain was hanging off, the balcony it's self retains water right at the door entrance so you will more than likely track in puddles if it rains, the bathroom inner curtain could use a replacement, a small hole in bedroom from probably being open to hard, a closet had some broken horizontal pieces & the poor fridge doesn't have a stopping guard so it will hit the wall if you don't hold while it's open. Other than some cosmetic things, you can't beat the beautiful beach front view! The outdoor pool is very spacious and fills up fast when the beach is closed. This is our 2nd time at Beach Club resort and our 8th time visiting Pensacola Beach. It's our family beach destination. This specific unit was what we expected. Remember to bring your own spices & cooking essentials. All the appliances worked and had a good ice maker in the freezer. We needed a few extra towels and housekeeping was kind to drop them off right on the inside of our door while we were away at the beach. Unfortunately hurricane Ida did not allow for the resort to lay our complementary beach chairs and umbrellas so definitely bring your own for these types of emergencies (we always do). The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. The bunkbed is a little tight for anyone over 5'5. Overall, the resort had kind staff and the unit was everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend for a small family or couple.

Perfect location, great apartment

My wife and I stayed here for a short, 3 night, beach break recently and absolutely loved the apartment. The location is perfect - right on the beach and in a part of town with many restaurants within a very short walk. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and the complex it is in has great facilities including a lovely pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Pensacola Beach.

Good but needs help.

We had a great family vacation, love the location and proximity to the beach but… Our unit is in desperate need of some updates. The couch and chair cushions were full of stains, shower curtain had mold/mildew, the ceiling in the bathroom had what looked like mold growing. There were electrical outlets with no wall plate, outlets that didn’t work on some. The mattress on the sofa bed was finished. The fabric cover over it was torn and full of holes. The clothes dryer made a horrible noise. A little “deep” cleaning and refreshing will go a long way in getting this unit up to spec. This was our 4th time staying here, first with kids. Every other unit we stayed in had been fine.

Location cannot be beat. Walking distances to restaurants / Bars. Directly on the beach. Great view. Area directly in front of unit is the natural area between condo and beach. Seems like someone would pick up trash. Cups, bags, pool floats. All condo units look at this form there balcony. Other than that the property was kept up. Great place!

Check in was horrible.

Check in was horrible. Got there at 1:30. Said room would be ready shortly. Checked back at 3 still not ready. Walked around property and saw no cleaning people. Never got any calls. Checked back at 4:30 and room was finally ready. Pretty sure it had been ready for a long time but just did not call us.

Great location

The location in proximity to the pool and beach cannot be beat. I suggest going to the beach/pool early to claim your chairs because they fill up quickly. The condo was nice and clean. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the pull out bed was awful, personally I’d recommend brining an inflatable mattress. Be sure to pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and towels as we ran out of all items provided quickly (only one item of each provided with the exception of 4 towels). All in all a great stay and would return.

Overall Great Location and Proximity to Beach

Great location although Pensacola Beach is still reeling from the effects of the hurricane that battered the beachfront restaurants and the service industry is reeling from bridge being out. Definitely plan to go to the grocery rather than eating out. The unit is adequate for a couple but definitely recommend a bigger unit for anyone with toddlers. Travel crib had to be squeezed into the sole bedroom. Other than that the view from the unit is unbeatable and proximity to beach is great. Do not run the dryer at night. The vent vibrates in the wall. Apologies to anyone else who heard it late last night. We had to get our clothes dry prior to checking out.

The condo unit was the perfect size for my husband and I.

It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. There were many excellent restaurants in the area for whatever type of meal you wanted. The Beach Club in itself was very clean, the pool are and beach were well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We never thought to take our own bath towels but our unit had 4 bath towels and wash clothes available to us. I suggest taking your own bath and kitchen towels. Our unit did need a fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs but overall it was pretty nice and we would definitely go back.

Great Getaway

We spent 4 days here and had a great time. Wonderful weather. Spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The condo was nice and the view was awesome. Would definitely go back!

Location location location! You just cant get any closer to the beach.

I stayed four nights in February while it was literally freezing over back home. It was glorious. The weather was in the 50's and 60's! This unit is fabulous insofar as it is the closest to the beach that I have ever stayed! Seriously, this complex had the shortest walkover to the beach, which was so nice! I was happy to be in the smaller building on the second floor closer to the beach than the tower. The unit was comfortable and the jetted tub was definitely a pleasant surprise. The proximity to the indoor and outdoor pools was so convenient and I even had a parking spot in the tower, which was very nice. The only things that could have made my stay better was to have easier access to carts at my building without having to go into the mailroom in the main tower, which I had no clue where thar was located. I think it would be possible to add a few carts at the smaller buikdings without havibg to go into the tower. Also, more comfortable living room and patio furniture (not something you would expect for a stay at this price) would have been great. The bed was comfortable enough, but the couch was not very comfortable and the living room and especially the patio furniture was so dated although I did love the mobile coffee table! The kitchen was stocked adequately for my stay and the only things I found that I needed that were not provided were oven mits and a collander. For a longer stay with more people I would also suggest providing more than one dish towel. Check-in could have been better. The girl who helped me was new and charged me for some kinda of tax at check-in that was charged in error come to find out. It was a good thing I looked at my checking account while there, too, because they charged some else's booking to my same debit card the tax was charged to. I am quite sure it was an honest mistake. Luckily, I caught and reported it in time and the Accounting Department graciously deleted both charges immediately. That was most appreciated! The office staff was always courteous, professional and accommodating. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay with an excellent view of a gorgeous, clean beach. I would love to return when the weather is warmer although not sure I can afford peak season here. LOL

Beautiful view for our getaway

Our immediate family of four needed a nice, warm place to vacation while spending Christmas alone. This condo worked out very well for us! We absolutely loved the view, it was our favorite part of the unit and trip - sitting on the balcony while drinking coffee, having lunch, or watching the sunset, it was all beautiful. We were comfortable in the space (we brought a small air mattress for our youngest) and all surfaces, floor, bathroom, and kitchen were all very clean - this was very important to me and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great Value

Our stay could not be better! Although the kitchen utensils weren't fully equipped, the beach amenities and pool well made up for it. Higher chairs on the balcony to get more breeze would be awesome but otherwise the place was great.

Not the best.

The balcony in this condo is not 400 sq ft, it was more like 120-140 sq ft. There was mold in the shower tile grout and on the ceiling around the fan. “Family time” (anyone under 17, even if accompanied by an adult) for the indoor pool is from 12-6. So unless you’re 18+ you are not to be at the indoor pool unless it’s between that time frame, even if there is a threat of a hurricane and it’s raining so hard you can’t hardly see outside. I guess it bothered me that was nothing in the listing saying that, but when you get there you are informed of this rule.

Fun Getaway with My Daughter

This condo was PERFECT for a 4 night stay with my teenage daughter. It was clean, right on the beach, and the pictures on the website give an accurate description of the condo. I felt safe and liked that there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance of the property. I have one issue of concern - the morning of checkout at 9:13 there was a knock on our door. Before I could respond with "Who is it?" , the cleaning service was typing in the door code and entering our condo. Checkout is NOT until 10:00 a.m. and we were not notified the cleaning service was on the way. This concerns me because my daughter or I could have been in the shower or my daughter could have been at the condo alone. In my opinion, in the future, cleaning should not begin until 10:00 a.m. When I mentioned this to the Premier representative at checkout, she did not seem to think it was an issue of concern and did not apologize.

Perfect location

Best location for unobstructed gulf views. Loved that we could just leave the car and walk to most places on the beach. As always, wish we could have stayed longer
