BC 205B Beach Club 1B Gulf Front w/heated Indoor Pool!

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Could have been cleaner, it is right on the Beach. Not a lot of extras as far as kitchen items.

Blue Angels Weekend

Luggage racks were in terrible condition. Key fob for gate did not work. There are different codes or fob required for gate access to property, room, beach gate. 205B had a water leak and the room had a musty smell which required airing out. Smell may have been fro m the water leak.We would not stay here again.

Love the Beach Club

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the Beach Club. We will be back but will not likely choose this unit. There was a strong musty odor and several broken items in the unit.Check in could have been much better. We came in on a Monday so I thought it was likely the unit may be ready early. I called on our way in at 12ish to check so we could avoid a trip back into Gulf Breeze if possible. I was told it was not ready and that we would get a text when it was. We waited an hour or so and decided to go ahead over to check in. Miraculously the unit was "just" cleaned. I understand that check in is 4. But after driving for 12 hours, it would have been nice to be able to avoid getting back in the car to go to the grocery. And it definitely felt like I was lied to.

Beach Quarantine

The view from the unit and the property amenities were unbeatable. However, we arrived around midnight and had a little trouble locating our unit, so ended up dragging bags a VERY long way around. There were no hangars in the unit (never received), the kitchen sink was broken (repaired promptly the second day), there was no outdoor grill, no spatula, and the fry pans were no usable (the non-stick coating was flaking badly). The amazing pools, location and indoor gym made up for these small shortcoming!!

Beautiful view!

The view from the porch was amazing at any time of the day! The location was within a 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and activities which was great because the trolly only runs from 4p-12a. We felt communication could have been better with notifying guests of issues. I had to call one day when the water was shut off at 930a and was told there was water testing and they hadn't gotten around to calling everyone affected. The next day when the pool was shut down there were signs up but no estimated time for reopening. After calling we understood why the pool was shut down and when we could anticipate a reopening. They could utilize their facebook page for these types of mass notifications for their guests. The unit was the perfect size for 2 people but the furniture was not comfortable for longer periods of time (such as to watch a movie). The floor was very sticky and sandy (which is expected at the beach but this was a bit much) and the mattress topper did not fit the bed and the sheets were too big so it was a fight every night with those items. The kitchen did not have several items we needed to cook with and the frying pan could use replacing. We definately would come back to the area, but would not choose this unit to stay in again.

Really good stay!

Awesome experience..only small downside is tv’s are small and bed had springs. Overall, solid property for the price.

Excellent location, awesome resort

The resort and amminities were excellent, the pools were clean and well managed. The atmosphere was amazing. We were super close to loads of fun stuff to do. Our room wasnt up to my standards of cleanliness though. Sticky sandy floor, mold in the tub, and i saw a few german cockroaches. The dishwasher didnt work. the coffee pot looked like it needed to be replaced, along the pots and pans. We didnt end up cooking in the kitchen, other than using the microwave and coffee pot.

Great location with view the beach!

This condo was great and perfect for what we needed. It’s right on the beach! The bedroom is at the back of the condo so the old view is from the living room/balcony. Small critiques: owners need to replace the pots and pans (Teflon was flaking on pan) and need to replace shower curtain (mildew) but otherwise we’d stay here again if we go back to Pensacola.

Right on the beach

Cannot get closer to the beach. Good price and very nice amenities. Would stay there again. The Heated indoor pool and hot tub were appreciated on a cold day.

disappointed on this trip

I was VERY disappointed that the indoor pool for swimming laps was not in operation the entire time we were there. IT IS THE REASON I CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY OVER NEIGHBORING ONES. I have visited this condo 3 times and would like to come again, BUT I believe a partial refund is in order as all of the amenities for which I paid were NOT AVAILABLE to me. If I had been fore warned, I would have stayed at a different property.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The access to the beach, complimentary chair/umbrella service & the fitness center were all fantastic! Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Pensacola Beach!

Great little place

We had a great stay. The owner was quick in all replies. The property management didn’t address our request for repairs in a timely manner, however, they were minor repairs. So we just enjoyed the stay. The property was well kept otherwise and easy to access throughout.
