There are more than 50 vintage, vinyl records from classic top artists like the Beatles and Billy Joel, or connect via Bluetooth to stream your own music. A bistro table offers additional seating for four. As you walk through the living room you enter the renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a deep basin sink. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is equipped with a Henckels knife block, blender, toaster, air fryer, Instant Pot and a beverage station featuring a drip coffee maker and French press. A vintage Lobster pot and crackers set the stage for authentic New England seafood feasts. The kitchen table seats six.

Two bedrooms on the first floor share a hall bathroom which offers a combination tub/shower and double vanity. The king bedroom includes a workstation, 40 inch SmartTV and full-length mirror. The sunny, queen bedroom includes 40 inch Smart TV and a full-length mirror.

The second floor features two large bedrooms, each with its own flair. The bunkroom is the perfect space for children or the young at heart. Sleeping arrangements include two sets of bunk beds, each with full lower and twin upper bunks. Enjoy the selection of family-friendly board games or wind down with a movie night on the large SmartTV. The main bedroom offers a cozy king bed, seating area, and Zoom workstation equipped with large monitor and available web camera. The littlest guests will sleep comfortably in either bedroom with a full-size collapsible crib. The upstairs bedrooms share a clean and bright hall bathroom with shower.

This home features off-street parking for four cars. Cooler, beach chairs and a wheeled beach wagon and beach toys are available for renters.

This conveniently located home is walking distance to pizza, restaurants and the famed Brickley's Ice Cream, and is just an eight minute drive to Narragansett State beach. For charming coastal day trips, take a twenty minute drive to the historic city of Newport, or over to Galilee to hop aboard the Block Island Ferry.

Please note, during the summer season late June - September this rental requires a seven night minimum, a three night minimum on holiday and/or May graduation weekends. During the seven night minimum check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
