Built in 2021 , Captains Quarters is located about 2 miles from Green Hill & Charlestown Beaches in the popular Ocean Ridge neighborhood..

Captains Quarters is not your typical beach shack instead it’s loaded with EV Charging, Hot Tub, Air Conditioning, and comes with a South Kingstown town beach pass.
The space
Built in 2021 , This 2 story home includes a fully stocked Kitchen, Dinning area, Living, Family Room, and Half Bath with Laundry on the 1st floor.

3 Bedrooms, 2 baths on the 2nd Floor.

A Large Patio with Dinning area, Weber Grill, fire pit, and 6 person Hot Tub in backyard.

4 Parking spots.

EV Charging (J1772 Standard)

1 SK Town Beach parking pass is included in rental.

Air Conditioning.

Rental Bed Linens & Towels for up to 9 people included with rental.

uTube Flat Screen TVs in the Living, Family, and all 2 bed rooms. Amazon Fire, YouTubeTV, Netflix provided or use your own accounts on one of the many streaming apps.

Before checking out:

All beds must be striped of sheets and pillow covers and placed in supplied linen bags.
All bathroom towels, face cloths, and bath mats must be placed in supplied linen bags.

All kitchen hand towels must be placed in supplied linen bags.

Linen Bag must be on the front porch by 10 AM.

All rooms must be 100% empty of all personal contents, dishes, and garbage.

All dishes/ kitchen utensils must be washed and returned to where you found them.

All Garbage and Recycling must be neatly placed in out door cans.

Great space! Hit all the marks!

Visited for four days with my wife two kids and a couple of the kids friends. Everything was fantastic. We had plenty of space. Everything is new and shiny. The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with plenty of room for everybody to be together and spread out at the same time. if you know southern Rhode Island it’s a small state and it’s easy to get around. Must’ve had 10 to 12 beaches within a 10 minute ride. We were a bit early in the season so it was more beach walks not really the right time of year to swim in New England or lay out for sun. But the ocean still very nice in this area and the beaches are very clean. Looking forward to returning. Hot tub was awesome.

What a great place! This place is comfortable, modern, spacious, quiet and very well located for short rides to dining, beaches and stores. The owner(troy) was very helpful and gave us plenty of suggestions for dining and where to go for walks. We will be interested in returning during the warmer months. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

Captain’s Quarters was a wonderful home. We visited with our son & 2 grandkids & found the house and back yard even nicer than in pictures. Kitchen well appointed. Great to have washer/dryer. TVs in each room. Owner was very accessible & answered. Few questions quickly. Convenient location. Close to beaches and local restaurants.

Great coastal vacation

The house was perfect for our needs, clean, well equipped kitchen, great backyard with outdoor seating, grill, games and hot tub. A plus was two beach passes! The beaches are lovely. The host provided explicit information about the house and nearby activities. Overall, a really nice time with family!

Beach Vacation

This place was awesome and we will definitely be back. Perfect location, beautiful home with all kinds of amenities. The host was great and very responsive. Gave recommendations for things to do and places to go.
