The house is exactly as presented--perfect--with the bedrooms downstairs such that the living room and dining room are upstairs with large porch providing perfect sitting area for sunsets and sunrise views (partial) of the ocean...direct beach access via walkway is perfect. Little neighborhood is very special--walk to wonderful Food Truck or fun restaurant/bar. Easy drive to Harris Teeters and other stores, shops, restaurants.One other noteworthy highlight is the shower(s) water pressure-wonderful! Really, the only FYI type comment is to note that the yard is not fenced in on the sides but our pups loved the yard & hanging out on the porch where they could see/watch everything. Thanks for a great Ameilia Island "beach" experience!

It was awesome!!! Short stroll to the beautiful beach! House was amazing. The staff we dealt with were first rate and I can’t say enough about Chris who went above and beyond all expectations to get refrigerator working! My entire family had an amazing time. Thanks to everyone.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. Great location directly across from beach access. We had all the room we needed! It has a great pantry space to put away all our things and a nice laundry room as well.

Excellent property and location

Property is across the street from walkway to beach, fairly new, very clean property, room with triple bunks is good for kids, large kitchen, double garage, quiet neighborhood, property managers are very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Fernandina Beach. The home itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and was the perfect setup for our pet. It’s clear the owners take great pride in the space. However, potential guests should be aware that the house is near a main road. The traffic noise was quite significant and woke us up every morning, which impacted our sleep. While the home is fantastic, we would likely check for a quieter location on our next visit. If you aren't a light sleeper, this place is a 10/10!

Nice Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as it was only a short walk from the beach which was nice since we had an infant with us. Bringing her back to take naps and relax was great. Great for large families. Would recommend to others

Beautiful place. Great location.

The property was gorgeous and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was great. Mgmt was very responsive & helpful with questions. We will be back for sure.

Very well kept and well-managed home

Management was amazingly responsive when we had some minor issues. It would be nice if they had some beach chairs/towels, but that’s the only thing lacking.

Excellent Home and Location

Beautiful! One of the best homes we’ve every rented. Plenty of space for 2 families with adult kids. Excellent communication from management. Kitchen was well equipped with everything a family chef would need. Short walk to the beach. Absolutely perfect!

Overall impression is noted in the 5 star ratings. Would definitely stay again. However, being seasoned Vrbo renters, we made numerous suggestions for improvement to the property management company. They were very responsive to our questions during the stay, have already started follow up on our suggestions. Very positive rental experience overall.

Gorgeous house!

This house is stunningly beautiful. I could go on and on in describing everything, instead I'll use just one word...luxe. It is hands down the nicest rental we've ever stayed in. The gorgeous kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need, and then some. All of the furniture was of good quality and comfortable. The beds were heavenly. Everything was very clean and well kept. The ample outdoor spaces with an ocean view were wonderful and the easy beach access was a dream. We had a wonderful stay with our family. Thank you!

The house was lovely! It was a great location with easy access to the beach, just simply crossing the street. Plenty of room in the house for each of us to have our own space. The main living area was perfect for family gatherings. The living space on the upper porch was a nice surprise, overlooking the ocean and added space to hang out. The beach was beautiful with plenty of room, not crowded at all. Only cons were…the second bedroom with the king downstairs and felt like an afterthought…no drawers to put clothes away, one bedside table with one lamp…sparsely decorated. We gave my MIL the upstairs master bedroom thinking there was another king bedroom downstairs but definitely didn’t feel like a second master bedroom. The house was a bit hot/humid at times especially when sleeping downstairs. We wished the front fence was closed in on the sides which would be perfect for dogs and for smaller kids to be safely outside. Overall, a great house, great location, great beach, beautiful downtown area…we will be back!

Business and pleasure

Saw this online felt it was just what we were looking for and booked. House is new and master upstairs while other rooms on bottom floor. House definitely new however neighbors mentioned that home had been recently rented by kids that had fight and numerous people in home over weekend before. As such floors in kitchen sticky and upstairs balcony dirty. Master bath clean but pictures had shown a handheld shower head that wasn't present. No hair dryer Bed was somewhat comfortable but noisy due to bedframe mattress was on. Thermostat upstairs off either very cold or very hot. Hard to modify temp. Other than those issues liked the place.

We do not allow this and had to deal with these guests appropriately. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. We do guarantee all of our cleanings so if you stay with us again be sure to call us with any of these issues as we will quickly work to resolve them and make your stay more comfortable.
