Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakefront 3 BR 2.5 Bath home. Soak up the sun and have breakfast right on the lake , or have a romantic dinner on the patio with the ones you love. The views of the lake and the mountains are amazing!
Close to shopping, but away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Close to the freeway, Costco, Super Market, Shopping Center, and plenty of restaurants.

Great Rental Property

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental. The location was ideal for our needs. Quiet neighborhood within a close proximity to shopping and great eateries. The home itself was beautifully decorated, spacious and stocked with plenty of amenities. And the icing on the cake? The lake. Sitting outside enjoying a cup of coffee on the lake is the perfect start to any day! I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Beautiful

This property is absolutely beautiful - right on the lake. We saw turtles and geckos and birds of all sorts. The AC was very welcome since it happened to be 90ish while we were there. It was really easy to access the nearby freeways. I guess my only complaints would be it advertised as having a hot tub, but it was really a jetted tub in the bathroom (they were going to fix the listing). Also, there was only one dishwasher pod so we hand washed our dishes until the last morning before we left. The door to the deck was a bit tricky to lock, it would be great if they would add how to do it in the binder on the desk. The binder also had the email addy for the owner slightly incorrect (owner has been notified of this). I would have preferred to have some Kleenix in the bathrooms as well, but wasn't a huge deal. The owner was very responsive by text. They had charging cubes in the bedrooms which was very nice. One of the bedrooms didn't have a ceiling fan, but we found an air cleaner / fan in a closet which worked nicely. Oh, if you could add a cutting board and measuring cup to the kitchen, that would be very helpful. Thanks for the water bottles that were already chilled in the fridge when we arrived. Yes, I would recommend staying here.

Everything was amazing!! Just being on the lake was refreshing. The house was awesome and we would return. The owners checked in on us, however we did not have any issues with the place and it was perfect for retreat. Eve

Another excellent visit!

We stayed for 8 days with family and had a wonderful time. The back patio on the lake is fantastic. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it immensely!

Fabulous home for a relaxing break

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. The house was bright, modern and impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen was really well equipped and the bathrooms were all modern with great water pressure. The outside deck was a huge bonus. It was a great space to sit out and enjoy the sun. All of the beds were really comfortable with good quality linen. Our host was super responsive and provided excellent detailed instructions before our arrival so we could check in easily. The host was also very kind and allowed us to check out a little later due to an afternoon flight. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Almost Like Home

The house was roomy and very comfortable in accommodating us. We (6 adults) traveling from different directions found the house centrally located for our needs. We were gathering to attend a family wedding. The lake was beautiful to watch, however, as the sun shown all day long, it would have been more enjoyable if an umbrella were available for the patio. We sat inside instead of sitting on the patio/deck for coffee in the morning. Still a very enjoyable house. Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great time at the house. Souroosh was always quick with communications. We rented the house for our wedding weekened, where we stayed with our Matron of Honor and Best Man. We used the house as our wedding central for our bridesmaids to get their hair and makeup done. We even used the lakeview deck as our First Look photo for our wedding. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay at the house!

Our rental experience

The online renting process was very easy. The home owner was extremely helpful and made himself available easily. The accommodations were excellent and the property included a deck overlooking a lake with wonderful views. the rooms were well appointed and the amenities were luxurious. kitchen was stocked well with essentials for preparing a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Roomy, comfortable home

The house worked perfectly for us as a comfortable place for our family to stay while visiting nearby family for Easter. The house was very clean and communication with the property manager was great.

Spacious and comfy

This home is all that we had hoped for: spacious and super comfy. Beautifully maintained, with an upgraded kitchen. It was centrally located to a wedding we were attending with events in Westlake and Malibu Canyon. Communication with the owner was outstanding; he is very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!
