Newly renovated RV. Great for Rocker B tournaments, a small family, girls trip, fishing trip or a couples getaway. Views of the lake from the enclosed front yard. Enjoy cooking on the deluxe charcoal/ propane grill. Relax by the fire pit or in the hot tub after a day on the lake.

✖️No parties
✖️No smoking inside. You may smoke outside just pick up after yourselves.
✔️ Note❗️Lake-views not Lakefront.
✔️ Public Lake 🏖 Access nearby.
✔️ Boat 🚤 Ramp Access included.
• Pets 🐕 welcome. Must be preapproved. Must clean up after. Additional deposit and/ or cleaning fee may be applied.
• Satellite TV 📺 in all rooms
• Hot Tub - please rinse off before getting in hot tub to reduce oils and debris in the hot tub. Must turn off and cover after each use. 🛑 Use at your own risk. 🛑 Children must be monitored at all times. ‼️ Owner assumes no responsibility.
• Boat 🚤 parking available.
• Keyless entry. Code will be given the day before your arrival.
• Oklahoma Joes Deluxe Tri Grill provided. Something for everyone with charcoal, propane or smoker grill. Must turn off propane after every use. Replace cover after completely cooled.
• Fully equipped kitchen on an RV size.
• Fire pit - Propane tank provided. Must turn off and cover after every use.
. May be required to sign rental agreement and provide security deposit at owner’s discretion.
• May be required to provide ID at owner’s discretion.

Great stay and great hosts! Very quick to respond and great at communicating! They were very helpful due to my own confusion about the property.It's a very quiet area despite how rough some of the other properties looked.Would stay again!

Quiet little getaway

It’s a nice RV down on the lake nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice little hot tub. Very peaceful stay my daughter loves it. That’s our second time to stay there and there will be a third time. The ticket is very helpful. Never have to wait on him for anything. Would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect small family getaway

Super awesome RV, affordable, comfortable and cozy! Super nice hot tub perfect for 2 adults! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house was super easy to find.

Absolutely Wonderful

The management was super responsive and helpful, the RV was very clean and well maintained. The Hot tub was ready for use and the property was very peaceful. They even had a propane fire pit and provided the stuff to make smores! We really enjoyed our stay!

Lake camping

This property is located very close to the lake and you have to drive past some not so great looking places. But we had no issues with the neighbors. In fact everyone we talked to was super friendly. The bed (queen up top) was extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep with AC blowing cold. The boat Ramp is a little sketchy with no courtesy dock so be prepared. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great girls trip

My friends and I just needed to get away and this was the prefect way to do it! We had a Great Lake day along with s’mores on the fire pit, and hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill. Not to mention my puppy was able to stay cool inside the RV while we soaked up the sun. We will definitely be back! Thank you! -Marissa

The trip was so relaxing, beautiful; just what we needed!!!! 🏕

The Host and hostess were so accomodating; there for our every need (any question, they quickly answered)! RV was clean, had everything we needed; close to the Lake!!!! They brought us s'mores our last evening; lit the firepit for us! Last evening, we hung out at the hot tub w/ the warm firepit glowing (a perfect evening)!!!! Definitely recommend them; hoping to bring more family and friends next time. We enjoyed our stay; thank you TJ and April (great Hosts)!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hot tub water was disgusting , extensions cords for electrical looks to be a fire hazard and to top it off the air conditioner did not adequately cool the place the Vrbo ad needs updating looks new but when you get there the place is very old

This is an older TV that has been updated fairly nicely. Air in the back bedroom could be better, you can't keep the fan running that blows cool air back there without leaving LR lights on. Check i. Time was 4, we arrived after 6 pm, the RV had not been cleaned from previous guest. Owner offered to comp first night Have not seen refund yrt. Hence hot tub was not available until second day afternoo Was really looking forward to a soak that first night. Otherwist, nice stay Eds very comfortBle. Very quiet

Leaks Everywhere Do Not Rent

Communication with the property manager was really good. Property manager replied quickly to all correspondence and RV was stocked well. However, we had the worst experience with the actual RV. We previously owned RVs for 10+ years and spent a lot of time camping, so we are familiar with RV life. This RV has visible water damage throughout. We rented the RV only to sleep in, because we were playing in a baseball tournament at Rocker B. We arrived late after a baseball game and found water leaking from the ceiling in the back bedroom and two places in the living room. The leak in the back bedroom had soaked the mattress making it completely unusable. We had to put large bowls under leaks to collect water. The property manager brought us blankets for the couch, so one of my sons could sleep there. However, it started to leak above the couch as well. We asked for an air mattress for my other son (9 years old), but they did not have one. They only offered him blankets to sleep on the wooden floor, so he had to sleep with me and my husband in the other queen size bed. We absolutely got no sleep that night between having no room in the bed and the LOUD window units that would go on and off continuously. We had to be up at 6am for a 7:30 game, and we were all completely exhausted. When we called the property manager, she said this had never happened before. However, when her husband arrived with the additional bedding he said he had thought the issue had been fixed, so it seems like it has been an issue before. She also told me I would receive a full refund. However as of right now, I have only received a partial refund. I have called VRBO twice and after an hour phone call each time it has still not been resolved. I would definitely NOT recommend this RV. Not only are there leaks, possible mold from water damage, strong scented glad plug ins throughout, and a ruined mattress, but the RV is located in a very stretchy neighborhood with trailer homes that look unlivable and yards piled so high with junk you can barely see the trailer houses. I would definitely not feel safe having my kids outside playing in this neighborhood. Overall do not risk having your trip ruined like ours, pick a different place!
