Welcome to The Show, a musically inspired home. Situated in the Historic Nations neighborhood, this home pays homage to the various elements that make up the multi-faceted music industry in Nashville. This home was professionally designed to exclusively welcome guests to Nashville while giving the nod to our rich local music industry. A variety of fun bold paint & musical accents provide picture perfect backdrops for making your own Music City memories!

This home was professionally designed to exclusively welcome guests to Music City. This home is part of "The Venue" building a musical inspired custom vacation rental.

Kitchen:
* Well equipped with cooking and baking necessities to prepare meals at the home (this includes cooking essentials like olive oil, spices and pots/ pans - and then some)
* Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee, creamer & sugar
* Tea kettle and tea
* New, stainless steel appliances

Living/ Dining:
* Smart TV with access for your streaming login. Netflix is provided.
* Luonto sleeper sofa that opens to a Queen bed
* Amazon Echo with Alexa & Amazon Music
* Bar stools and dining area are great for eating, gathering or working

Sleeping:
* Nectar Memory Foam mattresses on all beds (not sofa beds)
* Flexible sleeping options for up to 10 guests with 3 queen beds + 2 twin beds + 1 Queen Sofa Bed
* 2 Firm Pillows and 2 Soft Pillows (4 total per traditional bed, 2 total per twin bed and sofa bed)
* Amazon Echos can be used for alarms, bluetooth speakers and sleep sounds
* Blackout honeycomb cellular window treatments throughout the home to ensure a good nights' rest

Parking:
* There is a parking lot located directly next to the 4 units. There is a back entrance right from the parking lot to the specific unit you are staying in. Each spot in the parking lot is 1st come 1st serve. If the parking lot is full (rare occasion) there is also street parking available.

* Amazon echo can be loaded with skills for electronic games

Very nice townhome that was clean and in a convenient and safe location. We went for walks every evening in the local park area. Convenient location to the city - easy drive in and out.

Wonderful Property

My family loved our time at this property. It was clean, well appointed and centrally located to all that we wanted to see and do while in Nashville. Jeffrey was an awesome host and very responsive. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Spacious home for family or group

Great location if you like West Nashville. Walking distance to two coffee shops, Centennial and other food places. Sleeps 5 easily. Pull out couch was a pull out couch, not all that comfortable, but luckily we had 5 people for 5 beds. Only nitpick would be to buy plastic cutlery. Everything else is plentiful, but silverware went quickly.

Perfect space for a small group!

I stayed at this property for three nights with my partner and three of our friends; we were in Nashville to celebrate the New Year. We were all very pleased with the cleanliness, modernity, and spaciousness of this property! We all had plenty of room to ourselves while still having more than plenty of room for common area activities. We had no issues with check-in, host communication, or property defects. The close proximity to various Nashville attractions was very convenient as well. I loved my stay here and would recommend!

Great Stay in The Nations

We were in Nashville for a wedding in The Nations. Location was super convenient to the wedding venue as well as getting into and around Nashville. House had everything we needed. Only negative was it was hard to cool the top floor to the same cool temp as the rest of the house.

CMA Die-Hard experience at “The Show”

We loved the house, We came for our 15th CMA Fest and the location was convenient to everything and had a really great park across the street that our dog loved too! There was everything in the house we could need plus some extras. The property Manager Jeff was accessible and always quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Modern and Close

We had a great stay at this location! Check in and check out were very simple and easy. The theme and decorations were super cute, and we also appreciated the availability of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was plenty of space to accommodate our party of 5; everyone had their own bed/room and the split levels allowed for privacy. I would only recommend painting over the wall scuffs, shortening the chain on the first floor's toilet (to prevent it from running), installing a toilet paper holder in the main level's bathroom (it looked like it was ripped out of the wall), and having some extra trash bags under the sink for check out, as we filled up the main trash can during our stay and didn't have room to throw away additional trash (we managed with grocery bags). I would also consider labeling the photos of the property on VRBO, if allowed, as it was hard to identify how many of different size beds were at the property to determine sleeping arrangements prior to arrival. The location was extremely optimal, and was only a quick 15 minutes from Broadway, 20 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the bridal shops we visited. I would certainly book here again!

Nashville is the spot to experience live music. From Robert's on Broadway to 3rd and Lindsley, you can see almost any kind of music here. I played guitar professionally for 15 years. Love blues music, favorite spot to travel is San Diego sitting on the beach in the sun.
