This 2040 sq ft ranch home is located on a nearly 2 acres wooded lot, in a small and quiet sub-division, on the edge of Smithville, TN. Only a 10 min. drive to Center Hill Lake. The European owners had this home fully updated with your comfort in mind. Almost everything in this home is brand new. Kick back and relax on the LARGE comfortable la-z-boy sofa in the spacious living room or enjoy meals with your family and friends at the large dinner table. Plenty of outdoor space with a large covered, partly screened-in porch including a gas grill available for your use. The home also features a backyard play-set for the little ones, picnic tables and a gas fire pit. Summer Ridge Villa will be fully decorated during the Christmas season. The closest marina (Hidden Harbor) is only 10 min. away, so no problem if you would like to bring your boat along, there is plenty of space to park it at the house. Holmes creek recreational area (6.4 miles) has a free boat ramp and is popular for those wanting to swim in the lake.
Summer Ridge Villa comes with free high speed wifi internet, large flat-screen smart TVs (living room and master) and fun family games and puzzles. The home has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. For your convenience you’ll find hair dryers in every bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided.
Have dogs? Bring them along! We are pet friendly and accept up to three dogs any size and breed for $25 a night + tax.

Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away and there are many outdoor activities in the area. Here are some highlights:
Center Hill Lake, most marinas will rent out boats and water-sports equipment; Caney Fork river, perfect for canoeing; Burgess Falls State Park, great for hiking; Edgar Evins State Park, Rock Island State Park; Cummins Falls State Park; Fall Creek Falls State Park
Marinas: Hidden Harbor Marina (10 min. drive), Hurricane Marina includes a restaurant, Silgo Marina, Edgar Evins Marina and Four seasons marina.

Lots of room to unwind

Ladies hiking retreat

Picked this house due to size, price, and location. We hiked at 4 parks and this house was right in the middle and 5 minutes from Walmart. House was very clean with all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

House was a perfect fit! Well setup for our family, after being on the lake, coming back to grill and even the board games the kids loved. Very conveniently located for items we needed/forgot and very spacious. All made for a wonderful experience we want to repeat next year

Enjoyed our stay

The property was beautiful . The only thing I could see that needs work on is is deck the steps are a little steep for older people and the screen on the deck needs fixed and the screen going into the house needs repaired. But really enjoyed our short stay

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer property or better owner! House was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped! From the ease of booking, check in, and check out, it was super! Notebook with all pertinent info there for reference, which included list of restaurants nearby. We tried Twisted Oak, and we’re not disappointed! Overall, fantastic experience.

quiet and cozy

My Family and I really enjoyed ourselves so that we stayed an extra night. The house was not too far from the sites we drove to see. We arrived one hour earlier. And the property manager was so kind to allow us to put our things in the house early. We were so overjoyed by everyones patience and kindness to us. We would love to come and visit again in the future.

Smithville Family home

We had a great trip for a family wedding with no problems or concerns. Love the big sectional that is super comfy and seats a lot. Great to relax, enjoy time with family and room for all. Two big tables with 8 chairs each and great functionality. Big room to play group games, enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings. We rented a pontoon boat with a tube for a day on Center Hill Lake-lots of fun. Highly recommend you book your stay here today!

Ladies getaway

Great property for large group. We were pleased with the size/amenities. The carpet under the dining table slides and can be a trip hazard. Also the listing included a fire pit but agreement states no burning. We weren’t able to partake in that. Other than that we really enjoyed the property and will visit again.

Time well spent

We are from SE Iowa & wanted to be with my father for the holidays. Traveling to this area was easy for everyone. The back yard was accommodating for the kids to play & burn off energy while adults hung out on screened in porch. We visited a few local spots & the lake. The kitchen was great as the kids baked cookies & we played holiday games. Loved the layout & the sectional that fit all of us.

Amazing

Short family gathering on our way home from vacation. Kitchen was truly amazingly stocked with just about all cooking utensils one could imagine, we cooked meals there our entire stay. Potholders was about the only item missing. House, patio, grounds were all excellent, communication was outstanding. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Did have a friendly cat come visit us outside. Highly recommend would stay there again in a heartbeat
