The private backyard yard offers an oasis that features a heated pool and outdoor dining with a gas grill. Centrally located in Naples. Minutes to the beach , shopping and famous Mercato . Home has a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer , smart TV's in all rooms and WIFI.Be our guest. We will make everything we can to make your stay memorable and enjoyable!

Winter getaway

Tony is an attentive host making sure we had everything needed. The house is newly renovated, bright, and well-appointed! Location is great within walking distance to cafes and beach.

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was beautiful! The location was fantastic! The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool and the backyard very much! Tony was great to work with, very responsive with anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable home in North Naples

A good location in North Naples near Vanderbilt beach and about 20 minutes to downtown Naples. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time in the covered outdoor space. The house was equipped with beach and pools toys, and plenty of towels. There were snacks and Tony had plenty of recommendations for us to explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing find!

I can’t say enough great things about this house. It was absolutely beautiful, modern decor, very clean, had the best pool, and had everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, there were a lot of extra towels, and even had everything you could need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, boogie boards). My family and I had a wonderful time….my kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! We will definitely rent this home again!

Naples

We had a great stay at Tony’s house! The location makes a nice walk to the beach and convenient to many restaurants, shops and activities. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio and in the heated pool. The house was clean and had the necessities for cooking and grilling. Tony was very receptive to any questions and provided information on the area. We entertained family with ease while staying there. Definitely a house I would return to in the future.

Second stay was as great as the first

This was our second time staying at this home. Tony was very attentive to anything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty cold, so the pool was difficult to heat up. But everything else about the house was amazing! Location, layout and all the amenities we needed for a great winter getaway! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house

Stayed here first time for 18 days with another couple. House was very clean, bright and modern and spacious. We cooked in many nights and used the grill. Worked out great with two king bedrooms for 2 couples. Great pool area. Weather too cool for much swimming but we sat out in the lounge chairs in the sun. Covered area with TV was nice. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach chairs, floats, cooler and bikes. Great location! Beautiful area to walk to beaches. Can’t say enough good things about Tony. He was helpful and so friendly with any questions we had. Definitely would return.

Perfect 3 br stay

Check in was very easy with door code given day of check in. The property was pristine in terms of cleanliness. Pool was beautiful, outdoor area very relaxing and private. Grill worked great. Indoor stayed cool and refreshing. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were very clean. There is everything you would need for a beach trip in terms of towels, chairs, sun umbrellas, boogey boards, pool float, balls and beach toys, coolers. Though the pool is perfect and easy to just relax and spend the whole day at the house. Nearby are plenty of grocery stores, fast food, other restaurants. Beach is walking or biking distance or a quick drive with parking and a short walk to the beach if carrying a lot of stuff. Would recommend and stay again.

Great home in Naples Park

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this home for 6 days. We have stayed in the Naples Park area before and love this area. This home was totally updated, spotlessly clean, well stocked, tv's in all bedrooms, king beds in all bedrooms, and large open kitchen, living room and opens to great back yard with a pool. We had thought that Vanderbelt Beach would be open with bech service. We found that while the beach was open, all the amenities are gone. We chose to stay at this home around the pool rather than try to drag things to the beach, with no bathrooms, food, etc. The owner of this home was very nice and communicated with us during our stay. There are plenty of things provided for you at this home that were not provided at other places we have stayed. We will definetly try to stay here again this year. Great area with tons of restaurants!

Good property but pool not useable

House was great but pool was dirty when we arrived and owner said he would have it cleaned but a week later it was still not cleaned. More importantly the owner assured me the pool was heated but it was freezing and not usable. He claims heat was set to 96 and only cold because it was cool at night. I live in Canada where it gets pretty cool but if heat is on then the pool heats up.

Nice updated house drive or bike to beach

The booking process and check in was great. Tony was attentive and helpful when we arrived. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach was further away than expected, but parking was easy and we did bike there 1 day. Vanderbilt beach is 1.5 miles away with easy parking nearby. We rented this house because of the outdoor space and pool. I read another review i. February that the pool was not heated/clean, so I specifically asked for it to be cleaned and heated before we arrived. It was not clean or heated, although Tony said he remotely controlled the heat at 85 degrees. Due to the Easter holiday, he said the pool guy was behind and would come after the holiday. He never responded when asked about the pool cleaner. Finally, after asking for an update on our last day, he sent the pool cleaner who cleaned the pool and confirmed that the pool was not heating. Another friend of the host came over and confirmed the heater was not on. I was really disappointed and wished that it could have been resolved after a 5 day stay. I never got in the pool even after trying to clean it myself 3 times including the filter. Other than that issue, the house was fully stocked and has comfortable beds.

Perfect house for Christmas

We loved staying here. Great location House layout was awesome for family meal, games, and movie night Wished Florida was warmer so we could have used outside as couch, table and pool are setup for great outdoor dining and family time Kitchen had everything for cooking and serving Christmas dinner. The kitchen island is awesome for serving, sitting to eat and general time together Tony was very friendly and helpful host Would love to come back again!

Amazing ! Absolutely paradise
