Enjoy the coveted indoor/outdoor living space with a wall of living room windows that open to a resort-style pool patio. Experience amazing sunrise and sunset views from the enclosed top-floor watchtower. The gourmet kitchen is fit for a chef with stainless steel appliances, two sinks, a center island, breakfast bar seating, and a large dining table. Spanning nearly 2,800 square feet across three levels, this Craftsman home has three bedrooms and a bonus sleeping space. The primary suite boasts a TV, direct pool access, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, standalone shower, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a TV and access to the primary en suite. The upstairs bedroom has a TV, while the bonus room is a great family flex space with a sofa, TV, and two beds equipped with privacy curtains.

Surrounded by lush trees, the enclosed yard presents a pool with a large tanning shelf, a hot tub, and a covered patio, complete with ceiling fans. Rinse off in two outdoor showers between refreshing swims. Unwind with a crisp drink on lounge furniture while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. A quintessential front porch is furnished with rocking chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
