📌 Check-In & Timing
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Early check-in option: Between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM for €20. Please ask before arrival. (Includes luggage drop-off while cleaning is completed. We will do our best to have the property ready by your arrival time; however, we guarantee it will be ready by 3:00 PM).

🪙Tourist Tax in Rome
▫️As of October 1, 2023, all guests staying in any accommodation in Rome are required to pay a tourist tax of €6.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights.
▫️Children under 10 years old are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax will be collected during check-in, in cash.

🚪 Delayed Arrivals: If you're running more than 45 minutes late without notice, a €20 fee applies. Just send us a quick message at least one hour in advance to avoid this charge.

💳 Payment Handling: If correct payment is not provided at check-in, a second visit incurs a €10 fee.

🧼 Hygiene & Comfort Standards
We follow all Covid-19 cleaning protocols to ensure your health and comfort and working with a professional cleaning team. Some properties cut costs on cleaning, we don’t.

✦ All bed covers are freshly laundered after every guest.
✦ Decorative cushions & curtains are regularly washed.
✦ Our professional cleaning teams are available: If anything isn’t perfect, let us know, and we’ll make it right.
