Great stay

My stay was nice and my family enjoyed the pools. The services was great we was called each day to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything for our room.

Great host and excellent location

Shannon was an excellent host. The unit was as described and very comfortable for our family of 4. Great location as well, just minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants.

Fun pool

This place has a fun pool and a great slide even for me as a dad it was very fast. It was a fun place to stay with the family for the weekend.

Beautiful oasis in the desert

Me and my family had a wonderful time in these Resort in Palm Springs, my two daughters had a blast in the pool and having the bar and grill right next to the pool was awesome. The location it’s great with a lot of things to do. I had a great experience and would definitely do it again and stay at this place.

Fun Pool / Great Location

Our kids had a fun time at the pool. There is a really nice gym area and the property is close to some great hiking trails. Our view from the balcony was outstanding. We also liked how close it is to all the downtown shops and restaurants; but, far enough away from all the noise and traffic.

Stagecoach

We arrived in San Francisco and drove to Palm Springs for the stagecoach concert. The location was great and close to many events. Views are great of the mountains. Staff friendly and both check in and out process was super easy. I would highly recommend and hope to go back sometime.

Wonderful stay close to everything and more!

My two daughters and I were incredibly pleased with the location. It's 3 blocks from where they filmed the Harry Styles movie "Don't Worry Darling". We came in on a thursday after hitting joshua tree and were thrilled to see the main drag shut down for a street fair. My kids were thrilled though it was too cold for them to swim but we had a blast otherwise! Will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Nice get away

The grounds were nice and clean and the pool never felt over crowded and staff was very friendly. We always found a chair when we went to the pool which was great. The unit is nice and spacious. I would recommend updating the carpet in the unit but everything was great for the price we paid.

Palm Springs Getaway

We couldn't have been more pleased with the property - very well maintained and perfectly located. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. It had a little kitchen, a nice large bathroom and a patio. We used the patio every day to watch the sunrise over the mountains while we enjoyed our morning coffee and every night to watch the setting sun illuminate the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cool place

Had a pleasant stay, a bit deceiving cause online for some reason it looks like you’re staying in a condo or apartment but it’s just a hotel room with a mini kitchen. Only complaint is the Sofa bed was lumpy.

Very disappointed

The description of our property was misleading. It was more like a hotel room than a VRBO. We asked to shorten our stay by two days. Our host Shannon said yes I then responded that if he wasn’t going to give us a refund then we would stay the four days. He said he had started the refund process. Still not received any refund.

Poorly maintained room and problems

Our room was small, out dated, and had more than a few problems . Wifi and Tv we're unavailable for almost the whole weekend . We unfortunately had a loud mechanical banging noise that interrupted our sleep every 20-30 minutes , that they could not identify .

Good property and location but outdated and dirty

Easy check in and check out. Loved the overall property and pool. Room was dark and carpet was worn out and dirty. Overall outdated and seemed like a lot of money for the room. The best western where our team mates stayed was just as good if not better and half the price. I started getting very annoyed at the constant text messages asking me if I wanted my room serviced. Would have preferred a one time ask. The proximity to the convention center and downtown was fine. $15 to $20 uber ride. Nothing to eat close by and vending machines had no water. Had to have housekeeping bring a water pitcher so I could go to the lobby and get water to drink. Pitcher was an old Tupperware thing like my grandma had. Weird. Pictures were not of the actual unit so that was not accurate. Overall ok nothing special
