The perfect spot for a relaxing Rhode Island coastal escape! Watch the sun rises with your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over dinner & drinks on your own private porch overlooking the water. Fully equipped 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, entire 1st floor of a two floor house, direct access to water, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, and the beach. Easy drive to Newport, Providence, Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol, Warren and Fall River. Boston and Cape Cod are only an hour’s drive. Colt State Park, with its beautiful bike trails along the bay is only 10 minutes away. Only a short drive to near by vineyards.

Nice place. Clean. View is to die for. Fun kayaking out the back door. Downside: You can hear the owner a bit upstairs with family. Didn’t bother me. Had a plumbing problem but it got take care of within a few hours. All good.

This home is incredible. The location, view, home, cleanliness and especially the owners were all top notch. Very walkable for restaurants and grocery stores and farms are a short drive for fresh eggs and produce.

construction next door was disturbing … suggest ceiling fans to cut back on air conditioning… we otherwise were ok with the unit Jocelyn

Great Stay in an Excellent Home

This two-bedroom unit on the ground floor of a detached homes is well appointed with just about everything you can think of. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The porch across the entire back of the building overlooks a lake-like expanse of water and was the primary reason we chose this house. We weren’t disappointed.

Great waterfront property

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this property. Right on the bay with beautiful views and kayaks available to explore the bay. Sharing space with the upstairs renters was not an issue. Everyone was quiet and respectful of each other's space and privacy.

Great location and beautiful view

This property has a large rear porch looking over the water.It was so nice to sit there and eat breakfast or dinner & enjoy the breeze & birds. The location is awesome. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Localz is just a block down the street and had great food and good selection. There was also a restsurant even closer that served all meals , ice cream, and bakery items. It had a great view of the water and a beautiful lawn with outdoor seating. Unfortunately we did not visit there til breakfast on our last day! Communication with the host was super! We had some difficulty getting into the home, but I called and she picked up right away with a resolution to the problem. The house does not have central air conditioning, so it relies on window units. Since it was just the beginning of June, the units had not been installed. I contacted the host about that the first night and she had them installed the next morning. Very prompt! There were a few things that could have improved. Not deal breakers, but I feel like an honest review should include them.It was great to have the AC units, but the one in the king bedroom did not cool well. It was cool when we turned it on to go to bed, but by the middle of the night the air coming out was more of a fan.If you enjoy sleeping in a cool room, this is an issue. The porch was wonderful, and the furniture with cushions was very comfortable, but we had to clean the cushions before we could use them.Overall a good stay.

Perfect location with everything you need

We loved our relaxing stay here. The view was perfect. Steps away from the local cafe and restaurants. Beach with tons of sea glass within a walkable distance. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out as a family. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and got to watch fireworks from the backyard. The property is well kept and the property manager was very responsive. We were more than happy with our time here. We would definitely stay again. Our daughters age 3 and 5 loved playing in the backyard on the steps leading to the water and in the grass.

Beautifully decorated home in great location

The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners and property managers went over and above to ensure we were comfortable. The owners seem to have thought of everything- even providing quality coffee and at-home covid tests (which thankfully were not needed). The deck is large with a variety of comfortable seating options and has a nice view. The neighborhood is a nice place to walk, very close to even more water views. Well supplied.

Absolutely wonderful

Wonderful rental in Portsmouth. Super clean and comfortable, immaculate views of the bay from the back deck and water sports just steps away, with hosts providing kayaks, floats and paddle board, Convenient location, close both to Newport and the South Coast of MA for short trips, and otherwise walking distance to beach, restaurants and coffee shops.

Amazing vacation rental!

We loved every second! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable but the huge deck overlooking the water took the cake. It was so hard to leave!!

Great View and location

The property for perfect is you just need to relax in a quiet environment with a great view. Lots of places to eat and central to all. Tools available for some water fun too.

Cute waterfront property

We had a great time. The unit was clean and very well equipped. The water views were fantastic and we enjoyed using the kayaks on the water. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. My only complaint was that the tap water tasted terrible. Not a deal breaker by any means, I just wished I would have known because I would have brought more bottled water.
