Ebb Tide 401 offers a large living area with fantastic views of the ocean! The living room features a comfortable leather sectional, a large smart TV, an electric fireplace, Sonos Bluetooth speakers, and easy access to the private, wrap-around balcony. Prepare your favorite island delight in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, and all your cooking essentials including a kettle, Keurig, serving platters, roasting pans, and blender. Enjoy meals with a view as you gaze upon the ocean from the dining room.

Wake up each morning as you watch the dolphins play in the waves from the spacious, oceanfront master suite featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, access to the balcony, and private master bath with garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for those traveling with two couples. The 3rd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The 3rd full bath, located in the hall, features dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Ebb Tide 401 also features cable TV, WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, beach towels, and all linens supplied. A 1-car garage is also available. Please know that there is limited guest parking and parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

The Ebb Tide Condominium complex is a luxury gated community with two towers consisting of 53 units. Located on the car-free beach, the Ebb Tide Condominiums are only minutes from shopping, dining and all the New Smyrna Beach has to offer. The Ebb Tide Condominiums offer some of the best amenities along the beach including a heated pool(heated seasonally), hot tub, sun deck, oceanfront fitness room, pickleball court, basketball court, bar-b-que area by the pool with 2 large outside industrial Weber grills, car wash area, and private beach access.

Located in New Smyrna Beach the Ebb Tide is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. An oceanfront complex, Ebb Tide, is less than a mile from a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a beachwear outlet. 1.3 miles north is the 27th Avenue Beachfront Park which features basketball courts, racquetball courts, a playground, and several picnic pavilions.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

Florida's sunny weather allows for year-round golf. Several golf courses can be found throughout the New Smyrna Beach area.

Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.

New Smyrna Beach is home to some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing in the area. Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.

Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. It has been recognized by National Geographic as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops so grab a board and hit the water!
