Mi lugar es con vistas a la playa, excelentes vistas, restaurantes y restaurantes, actividades para toda la familia, cerca del centro de la ciudad con dos plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas. Te encantará mi lugar debido a la ubicación, la gente, el ambiente y el vecindario. Mi lugar es un excelente lugar de vacaciones para parejas y familias (con niños). Provisto de necesidades de cocina, ropa de cama, juegos, libros y DVD. La ubicación del condominio hace que sea fácil caminar a la playa sin cruzar ninguna carretera. El área de la piscina tiene dos parrillas libres para sus parrillas.

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved every single thing about it. So much so, that we extended our stay…not once, but twice. From the easy communication with the owner, Jan, to the beautiful decor and the amazing cleanliness of the unit. The pools and the view are beautiful and we had almost perfect weather. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back next year!

The Best!

We have been coming to the Pelican for decades, and this was one of the best units we have stayed in!The unit was fresh and clean when we walked in. Amazingly updated decor and comfortable furniture throughout. It was pre stocked with all the essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher and dish soap, paper plates and plastic cups, lots of organized Tupperware, kitchen supplies, etc. They also had a generously stocked closet of beach gear - chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon. Our family of 5 fit very comfortably. Also plenty of beach towels for the week as well.The views of the beach and pool are great, and it’s very easy access on the 3rd floor.We have already rebooked for next year and can’t wait to stay again!Thank you, Jan!!

A Perfect Holiday!

Our week was just perfect! Joan was an excellent communicator, accommodating last minute requests and checking in to make sure our needs were met. So incredibly thoughtful! The condo was exactly as described/pictured. The pool area was resort like and all interactions were positive when on the property. I look forward to a return visit! Thank you for hosting us!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

Condo is perfectly laid out. View from the sliding doors is spectacular. Appreciate that bedrooms are tucked in the back and quiet. Condo is well stocked with everything you might need. Don’t miss Flagler for drinks, eats and shopping. Third Wave is a must for lunch. Condo Beach area is very quiet, only saw cars on Sat but close enough to walk to Chases to the right (recommend fish sliders and the Keylime Coolada drink yum!) or go a bit farther to the left to Breakers (recommend the fish n chips).

The owners could not have been more responsive to what we needed. We had trouble with the tv remote at first, but Chad made a special trip in the rain to fix the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location of the unit is ideal with easy access to local restaurants, grocery, etc. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed staying at SeaGlass! Jan was very good at communicating and had plenty of amenities to use in her condo. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views! The pool was a great amenity.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

I have always loved my summers at the Jersey Shore. Now that I am a beach condo owner, I want to provide all my guests with a comfortable "home away from home" during their vacation at what I consider the best condo complex in New Smyrna Beach.

Our space is unique with 22 foot sliding glass window over looking the beach and pool for spectacular sunrises. Renovated for comfort and relaxation. The vibe of the condo is coastal living with modern upgrades. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and quartz countertops. Comfy pillow top for a comfortable night sleep. Space under guest bed for efficient storage of suitcases.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The wide view from the condo's balcony of the pool and beach was what hooked me into buying at the Pelican. I never get tired of that view and just sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night.
