I stayed at the condo for 2 nights in mid December. I had difficulty getting there due to delays on the interstate,which meant I was trying to find the address in a crowded community in the dark with rain. Having more information would've been very helpful..anyway about the condo and the area.The one bedroom condo was as described, very nice and very well stocked. However, lighting in the living area was very dim and the water in the shower could've been a little warmer, but the water pressure was good. It was a very quiet area and I felt safe, plenty of grocery stores & restaurants near by!

Hosts were very responsive! The property was just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was very quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything great restaurants and reasonable drive from downtown.

Very nice experience. It seemed a bit difficult to get to. We had to google it almost every time except the very end. It was somewhat worth it since it had a nice kitchen. We had to cook due to food intolerance. My only suggestion is to replace large fry pan due to surface seems to be wearing off and food sticks so bad. Some non stick surfaces prevent a health hazard if leeching out into cooked food. Can't use the spray provided due to allergy. Still highly recommend this place. Hubby said it reminded him of the beach.

We were fortunate to find this listing while in town for a wedding. We absolutely loved our stay here, it is perfect for two people and we also brought our dog with us. The location is beautiful and we loved being just steps away from the yacht club restaurant for a bite. The unit was cozy and we especially loved the shower. We hope to stay here again for future Rockwall visits!

My stay was nice and quiet and adequate. I was pretty much there only to sleep and study and then off again so I didn’t use any of the facilities. I enjoyed my time there.

This property was quiet, both in the community and the condo itself. It was located about half way between the 2 families we were visitinentlyg which was perfect.. condo decently clean. Enough bathroom suppies. Didnt care for body wash so bought a bar of soap. Never cooked but ample supplies. Was able to wash most of laundry which was a plus. Woyld recommend for couples or one person.

Great location

Host was quick to respond to questions. Comfortable bed and living room seating. Well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful place felt like home

We came for a visit with our son and grandchildren, it was convenient to catch up with them! I lived in Waxahachie, for numerous years (ran a kitchen ministry there) so it was not far for us to travel to church. However, the only complaint was that the shower was not hot enough practically Luke warm. Not a comfortable shower and the grill out back was dirty we cleaned it. But I would definitely come back!

Family time

Over all this is a nice property. Older property, nice gated community. TV takes some work to get used to. Kitchen stocked with some essentials, spices, sugar, coffee and filters, which was very nice. I will say a larger comforter on the bed would be nice. Hard to share. We enjoyed our stay

The pictures don’t do the condo justice. It’s very nice and we had a great stay. Kitchen and the shower were great. Mattress was comfortable.

David & Maia are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at their condo and we hope to go back again next year. The new shower was a fabulous addition. We were in a great location, close to restaurants & all shopping. The condo looks like the pictures. We had everything we needed for a great visit with our daughter.

Condo is in a great location, close to everything you need. short walk to the marina and views of the lake. Area feels safe and everyone at the gate is friendly. The condo was clean and had everything I needed.

The condo was perfect for us. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and a lovely patio with a view of the lake. Maia and David were fantastic hosts. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay, which we did! Hope to visit again next year.

Sure beat a hotel room! Gives you the "at home" feeling. Property manager answered all messages in a timely manner. Only issue we had was the ceiling fan stopped working. The remote batteries were drained. Property manage was attending a Graduation, but found time to drop off the batteries. He did not disturb us - rang the bell and left them in the door. He messaged us and told us where the batteries were located. Only repairs that I saw that need attention are: 1) Bath tub faucets need repacking. Hot and cold. 2) Toilet seat loose. Plenty of dishes and cookware available. All the amenities listed in the VRBO are present. I was extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank You

Chillin at the Lake

Very clean, well appointed and stocked with all you need. Just a short walk down to the lake and a couple of nice views of the lake from the back porch with beautiful sunsets. Very nice and attentive host. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Maia and David!

Best Spot Ever

Upon arrival, I was very pleased with both the location, as well as the stuff inside the condo and the cleanliness of the condo!! The owners were super awesome, and communicative, and went way above and beyond in every way!! Bed was super comfy, and the place had a very homey feel!! I love to fix things, so I did just that. Fixed a loose door handle, and got the balcony door opening and closing smoothly again. This place is super quiet, and that's awesome as I was there to work nights, and slept all day. I highly recommend this place!! It's awesome being right by the lake, and I even got to do some fishing. The owners are super helpful, and helped me out when my dog tore a sheet trying to jump up on the bed. If you're looking for "The Spot" you've definitely found it!! Thank you David and Maia!!! I'd definitely stay here again!!
