Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on Terrace Level in Phoenix VII. The terrace level units boast12-foot ceilings that make unit feel very open, bright and large. Unique location allows for a large patio area great for families with children. Just steps to both the indoor and outdoor pools. Close proximity to indoor and outdoor pools makes this a great unit for families. Parents can watch kids in pool from the comfort of their own private and spacious patio. Guests can choose from 2 master bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with new mattress. Sliders allows for direct access to the terrace. En suite has shower and large vanity. The 2nd bedroom has king bed and spacious bathroom that has tub/shower combo. Need more space for your party? There is a brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit can comfortably sleep 6 adults.

The condo was amazing. Smelled good. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We will come here again.

Weekend get away

Took an extended weekend, it was petfect. Like many reviews have stated, being on the ground level has many advantages but primarily easy acccess to the pool and the beach.

Perfect for a family with young children

This is our second stay in this particular condo, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The convenience to the pool and to the beach makes it’s so much easier on a family with young kiddos. Plus, they were able to run and play in the grass located right outside the condo. The condo was well kept and very clean. We will likely be back very soon!

Perfect Spring Break Condo!

This condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. We’ve stayed in many Phoenix condos, and this one had everything we needed. The ground level location was ideal for our small kids, and made getting to the pool and beach a breeze. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and everything was very clean when we arrived. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Awesome Unit!

This is our second time staying in this particular condo and it’s our go-to from now on. Easiest beach access that we’ve found in staying at many orange beach units. Unit is always clean. Indoor and outdoor pools are literally adjacent. Won’t find a better unit in my opinion.

Just as decribed!

Very nice place to stay - exactly as described, pictured, and reviewed. One small trade-off for those who really care about a view: from inside the unit, because it's "basement" level, there is no direct view of the beach or ocean (no fault of the host, it's a result of the building design and sand dunes). However, it is quite likely that is literally the most conveniently located unit in all of Phoenix VII. It is steps away from both indoor and outdoor pools, and I'm sure you can reach the beach faster from there than any other unit in the building. Would stay again!

Our favorite summer get away.

We love going to the beach and have traveled to OBA several times. This stay was especially enjoyable! Within steps of the beach and the grilling area at the resort were both perfect locations for us. It is always fun to cook out on the grill and our condo was just steps away from the grill area and gazebo. No need to haul stuff across the property. Being so close to the area made it very nice and convenient. It was wonderful being on the ground floor and not having to wait for the elevator when going to or returning from the beach. We were able to use the patio entrance and coming and going was a breeze. We absolutely loved the location of the Phoenix VII in Orange Beach. It was close to everything we needed for shopping, restaurants and easy access. We will definitely be staying at this location again next year.

If you’re looking for convenience…

This property is the most convenient property in every aspect - not to mention the cleanliness and it having everything we could possibly need. If you are looking for convenience to the pool and beach this is the place for you. Just steps from the pool and the closest unit to the beach you could stay in. Restaurants and grocery stores are just right down the road. The absolute perfect place to spend our spring break! If you are more of a sit and look at the beach from the balcony person this unit is not for you. If you love the convenience of not having to wait for elevators and the ease of being able to go back and forth with no hassle - BOOK THIS UNIT! We will be back!

The interent was not working for the first 4 days of our vacation. I spent time making phone calls and troubleshooting with internet provider. I had messaged host and they had me contact internet provider. There was an outage in the area, but even after that was fixed we had no internet and had to open another support ticket. There was however private internet available in the unit but we couldnt get the password. It was nice being on the ground floor. It could have been cleaner especially around baseboards. Needs updating. Most all remotes for tvs had dead batteries. Lights over the stove were out also. The beds were ok, not the most comfy. The masterbath shower seemed very dark, as in theres not enough lighting in that part of the bathroom.

Nice condo on ground level

This was a nice place to stay, right on ground level, which was one of the reasons we rented it. It’s by the pool so it was an easy walk straight out to the pool or the beach without having to deal with elevators. I liked that we were able to register for parking passes ahead of time and just grab them when we got there. The whole check-in process was easy overall and that started off our trip nicely. The condo is a little basic, but was very comfortable to relax in when we weren’t at the beach. The one thing that surprised us is that our phones didn’t work well or really at all. I think it’s because it’s on the bottom floor, but they had wi-fi so we were able to use that. I just wish the wi-fi had been password protected instead of open. That’s not a complaint, just noting it for others who might be working. We were there for a quick getaway so it didn’t matter. We were maybe a mile or so from Publix so it was easy to grab groceries. Also, we rented a pontoon/slide boat one of the days we were there and it was about four miles from the condo as well so this place is in a great, central location. The condo looked exactly like the pictures so no surprises. And the parking lot had a guard when you drove in checking for the parking passes so we felt safe parking there. Overall this place had what we were looking for: comfortable beds, clean linens, TVs that worked, and an easy walk to the beach or pool. We would stay there again.

Perfect for a family with young kids

We love the Orange Beach area! This was our first time staying at this condo, but the location was perfect for our family. Being on the ground level allowed for easy access to and from the beach and pool. The condo was very clean! The master bath had some of the softest rugs I have ever stood on! Also, there were more than enough towels and wash cloths for our family of 5. The decor of the condo was so cute and well thought out. The only thing we noted was that they did not have a pizza pan or cookie sheet in the kitchen. Which this is not a huge deal, but it would have been helpful for us to know since we had a frozen pizza one night for dinner. Other than that minor detail we truly enjoyed our stay!

Phoenix VII

This is a great property a few things...Phoenix VII is dated but this condo is up to date. You cannot see the beach at all. Walking location is perfect for tweens to come and go. You do have to pay for parking which I missed in the details of this property - $55 for your stay. VRBO has lots of newish requirements and you have to pay before your stay - we had a very stressful time paying and not much help - spent the first half of our trip trying to figure it out. VRPBO has gone down in my opinion.

My sister and I own this condo and 5 others in and around the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We grew up visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and continue to vacation there to this day. We love the gulf coast and hope you will as well!

I love this unit! I love the convenience of the ground floor. I like having more space on the patio! Kids can have a "yard" to run around in. You can sit on the patio and watch the kids in the pool. Even though it is not elevated you still have a nice view. The unit has been recently redone. New furniture, beds, paint! It has high ceilings, so it does not feel cramped or closed in. Nice size for a 2 bedroom.

This is a terrace or pool level property. Just open up your sliding door and walk on out to pool and beach! It's like having your own yard in a condo! Great for kids or those who do not want to worry with the elevator. Not a fan of heights? This is the place for you, and you still have a great view! The indoor pool is next door! Incredibly convenient for families or those who do not want to walk through the complex carrying pool toys, and beach gear!
