Beautiful waterfront home. 8 min walk to the beach and restaurants private pool.

This beautiful multistory home is located on the intercostal and is within 8-10 min walking distance to the beach with an extensive variety of restaurants and bars, (see our reviews that rave about our location - probably the best in IRB if you don’t want to drive anywhere).
The home has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a family dinner as well as coffee maker and Keurig. We provide complimentary coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of spice you may need!
The home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ.
The home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure.
The location of this home makes it a much sought after vacation spot which, after experiencing the view it has to offer, you will never want to leave!
The pool is currently not heated but we have had plenty of previous guests stay in December and have told us they have swan(see reviews)

What’s included!

Use of 2 kayaks, a couple of fishing rods, you may want to try your hand at fishing!

We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon for use. We also have a variety of coolers. There is a small umbrella stroller, a pack and play and a portable high chair that attaches to the kitchen chairs.

The linen closet is stocked with extra sheets, clean towels, and blankets. We have two inflatable twin beds for use if needed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with 12 piece tableware set, pots and pans for cooking, toaster, water kettle, keurig machine and coffee maker. We have a vast array of spices for cooking.
BBQ grill.

There is a refrigerator and kitchenette type area on the lower level by the pool, perfect for access when out by the pool or for guests staying in the lower level bedroom, as well as a full bathroom.

Host was fantastic, house was nice and clean, beds comfortable, location nice and if you like to cook - lot's of amenities there in the kitchen. Nice patio area and pool- close to the beach. My only drawback was being close to the bridge behind the house, being a light sleeper as it can be noisy and not as relaxing only due to that. Everything else great!

Family Vacation

The home was lovely. Lots of room for the whole family. Thoroughly enjoy the saltwater pool and the view of the bay with a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. It really was the perfect location.

IRB 2025

This was our third year staying in the same home away from home. The house, the pool, the kitchen, the neighborhood, the restaurants, the proximity to stores and, of course, the beach. We can walk to all if these and then drive to John’s Pass for a day. The owner answers within an hour with any questions. He can also suggest new places to explore. Great hostess, great owner, great home!

Summer fun

We enjoyed every minute of it ! We loved having our coffee sitting out back and enjoying the beautiful view in the mornings, relaxing by the pool during the day, and grilling out in the evenings.Very nice home with comfortable beds . They had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location . The hosts were quick to respond if we had a question and very nice . We would definitely stay again

50th birthday get away

We had a wonderful long weekend! The house is close to everything. (Easy walking distance to the beach). We swam in the pool, fished off the dock, took the paddle boards out for spin, enjoyed the sunset, and hit up the local restaurants. House was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great House for Family Visit

We loved the house & location.This house is fully stocked with any possible thing you would want/need, even cards & games! It's just a shame the city has issues with vacation renters (they have signs). Not all of us are loud & disrespectful. We still waved & smiled. The only reason I put 4 stars on cleanliness, was the area rug in the bottom floor bedroom really needs cleaning. Otherwise a perfect place to have a family gather & our family loved it, too. Thank You for loaning us Your beautiful home!

Very nice stay

This was a great property and just as described. Scott was great to work with and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the convenient walks to the beach and restaurants. We would absolutely rent there again.

We LOVED this place! The location was within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. The host provided all the beach gear needed as well as a wagon and coolers. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax!

Great stay in IRB!

Annual girls' trip to escape the cold NE winter! Group of 6 of us ages 35-50 spent 4 days at this property. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us, well-stocked, and super clean! Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. IRB is super casual and low-key if you're looking to get away from more built up, resorty areas in FL. This property is great for many different types of groups. Book without hesitation!

Great Property and Owner

Stayed here with friends and we were all incredibly happy with the property. Tons of stuff provided for the beach and house. Extremely clean and great location. The owner Scott was great when it came to any questions I had with the property and reached out to make sure everything was good when we got there. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Perfect hosts, house and location

We love the house which was completely decorated for Christmas including 3 Christmas stockings for our grandchildren and wine for adults. We stayed in many Vrbo and never had a house so well stocked with everything. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Location was perfect Less than 10 minutes walk for the beach, cafe, restaurants. Will recommend without hesitation and hope to stay there again.

Thanksgiving trip!

We were so grateful to be able to rent this house over the Thanksgiving holiday- it had everything we needed including baby items (pack and play, etc). We enjoyed the pool and it was warm enough to enjoy even though it wasn't heated. Scott was so easy to communicate with and the location was perfect for easy beach access.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house in a prime location in Indian Rocks Beach. We walked to the restaurants and the beach! But I must say we spent most of the time enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you would ever need! We took a short walk to see the turtle park too! It was a wonderful vacation!

Family vaca 2024

We have been taking a family vacation (9 of us) for the last 4 years. We like to rent a home as it is more relaxed feeling and roomier than a cold hotel room. Your home was everything we needed. We knew this because we stayed there last year also! For all 9 of us to unanimously pick the same house tells you something!

Great Family get away

Beautiful home located a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. It even has Kayaks that we were able to use. We had a few issues and our host Scott was very responsive. He went above and beyond to assure our trip went well. The only negatives, lower level a little difficult to keep cool, but we managed, the pool could have used a shock and the early checkout and late checkin times. Overall great vacation rental.

This warm climate, beautiful beach, and waterfront home is paradise that we want everyone to experience and love as much as we do.

This property is located in an extremely safe street and the smaller beach town gives a more intimate village like feel, more so than many other larger beach vacation spots, while still hosting a great choice of restaurants and bars. Safe enough for older children to walk into town and to the beach by themselves, and close enough to the many restaurants that a car is not required.
