Regarding the TV in the master bedroom, we replaced the TV and Apple TV device in July 2023 with a new streaming TV to ensure guests can watch any streaming services from their accounts in this bedroom.

We are very pleased to learn our unit was perfect for your family visit and we hope to have you stay here again. Regarding the third smaller guest room, we remodeled that room in May 2023 for a better guest experience. A new washer and dryer stacking set has been moved behind the door into a closed closet. All extra bedding and towels have been moved to a new cabinet in the entry alcove, cleaning supplies to the outdoor closet, and an air conditioning unit was added to this room. We have also replaced the twin bed with a double bed, added built in shelves by the bed, and a built in clothes hanging rack plus shelving unit for guest use.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was so unenjoyable. We strive to provide an excellent experience for each of our guests. I will say in reply to a couple of specific issues, our extensive maintenance team was responsive in fixing issues as they were reported and were able to arrive within 15 minutes of notice. The midsize hot water tank is a standard size for 2 bathroom condos and most properties in the complex are outfitted with the same one. This was brought up with the owner in a request to consider a larger tank. The complex is regularly fumigated and controlled for pests and this is the first complaint about mice we have heard of. I hope our gesture of offering 2 free massages along with the proposed complimentary private boat tour for your group was recognized as our attempt to further compensate for your troubles. And as mentioned, we have offered you 2 free nights on your next visit.
