Nice place to stay

The resort amenities really made this a great place to stay. Communication was great and the house had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, my son love the toy story decor as he is a toy story fan. The house is pretty spacious. easily to get to and back from the Disney parks. The house does have its own pool and there is heat available for the pool. I would recommend for anyone that is looking to stay near the Disney parks to book this house.

Family trip

Great experience! Photos were accurate. Communication was easy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the private pool and the clubhouse pool. Gated commmunity felt safe and friendly. Good location 30-45 minutes to Disney/Universal with traffic.

Exactly as advertised

We stayed here while our children participated in a wrestling event at Orange County convention center. This rental allowed for us to relax after being in the gym all day.

This place was definitely the right choice for our stay. When I read the reviews and saw 5 stars I went with this one and now I see why it had 5 stars. Mike was responsive before I booked answering all questions, place was very clean, plenty of room and a short walk to the clubhouse for all the fun! The little store at the clubhouse is amazing as well. We will be back soon!!!!

Great choice!

Property was as listed, 15 minutes to Disney and we enjoyed our stay! Mike was very responsive and helpful to our messages. We paid for our pool heat but because we were less than a 5 minute walk to the large community pool, we used that more often (and loved it).

Fantastic property/Host

This property was perfect for the family. We are a Disney family and couldn’t have ask for anything better. This property is located very close the clubhouse. Grocery store less than a mile away. This is also located right outside the Disney bubble and parks are a short drive. We had a lot of questions before booking and property manager was really responsive and helpful. The heated pool was perfect for the little ones which they loved. This gave us a lot of flexibility for relaxing. The main club house pool area was perfect for off days and the pictures don’t do it justice. Overall great place! Great host! Great stay!! Would recommend it for families!

Excellent Family Vacay Spot

We enjoyed a week at Windsor Hills. It was the perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. It is in close proximity to all of the parks and action. There were so many restaurants to choose from if we did not feel like eating in the park. Walmart was right there as well if we wanted to cook, too. Many of the necessities were included that weren’t listed on the site (beach towels, pool noodles, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). The beds were comfortable after a long day at the parks. Honestly, there was so much to do at Windsor Hills, we could have filled the entire week with their activities that are provided. The pool area had fun games and activities scheduled for the kids. Our host, Mike, was excellent and quick to respond to my questions. Overall, we were very happy with our choice to stay here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This listing is not accurately described and a health hazard with mold. My daughter has a lot of health issues. This unit is a serious health risk not only for my daughter but the rest of my family. I stayed up all night finding a new place to move to since we originally were suppose to stay 10 nights. Contacted VRBO customer service after arriving at night. Unit was dirty, couch now has a couch cover, water stains in the light fixture in the kitchen, duct tape used to fix the front door and painted white, trim broken, nail coming up from the kids bedroom floor upstairs, chunks of floor missing or not connected, mold growing out of vents on ceiling in every bedroom and also other places throughout the unit, lock on outside of kids bedroom, dust everywhere, hair from previous guest, wet bathmat that we didn’t use, grape and lots of other things under dishwasher, musty smell, washer/dryer disgusting and the list goes on. Took lots of pictures and videos of everything and was in shock!

Your review was done in retailation. We had the home inspected and there's no mold found. We take cleaning very seriously so we found you a very difficult guest to communicate.

Great place to stay

We were left having to extend our stay in Orlando due to hurricane Nicole. The resort we were in couldn’t accommodate us longer so we were left scrambling for a place to stay. Mike was very quick in accommodating us. Upon arrival the home was clean and the decor the kids loved. Every room had a Disney theme. This wasn’t our first stay at Windsor Hills but was our first in this property. We were very pleased and very comfortable. If we return to Orlando we would definitely book again.

Great property for Disney

Stayed here with our small family of 3 + dog on our recent Disney getaway and loved it! Close to Disney (15 minutes with traffic) and great little community. The house itself is very clean and mindfully furnished. The dipping pool was great after a morning at the theme parks. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for our WDW/Universal week

We loved this Windsor Hills condo. The fun Toy Story living room and all the other fun rooms made for a special stay! Comfortable beds and spotless condo. We always choose WH for its super easy access to the parks. Close enough to come back and escape the crowds during the day. This owner was great to work with.., thank you for a great week!

Perfect place

Our host Mike was easy to get ahold of, we had ZERO issues. The townhome was clean and great. The pool was perfect and we had the best time. One of the best trips we’ve ever had. Thank you for a magical stay!

This property was excellent! The pool heat made the pool very warm to swim everyday. The property was clean, easy to access and in a great location. Mike was an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Family Friendly Vacation

We had an excellent stay at Windsor Hills! Rented a townhouse and other family members had a large house. Loved that they were close to each other and the water park. All family members (infant to grandparents) were never without something to do. We signed out a movie and had a great experience in the 34 seat movie theater!

Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young prince lived in a shining castle…Oh no, wait a minute, different story…

Our true story started with our kids who told us when we took them to Walt Disney World, “Daddy, this is the best day ever!”, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.

Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.

We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, “Don’t Let the Fun End at The Parks!”.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 20+ homes near Disney to serve our guests.

We love making memories here with our two kids, and we know your family will love it here too. So, this is us; a family suited for fun!
