When you arrive, the living room welcomes you. It is divided into three spaces:- The comfortable living room with its flat screen- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)- Meal space for 6 This room opens onto the famous terrace, furnished with an outdoor living room as well as a barbecue and electric plancha. The first parental suite, designed for people with reduced mobility, will offer you a king size bedding (180cm) a large closet, an office space and its private shower room. The second bedroom will offer a queen size bedding (160cm) and a large closet for more comfort. The second shower room (including WC) completes the apartment space. Note: air conditioning is only available for heating. AFFAIRS After a few steps on your street, the Ordan dead end, you can, of choice and in less than four minutes:- Join the beach of Mouré Rouge to set foot in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail.- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and make all your practical shopping in our pretty shops (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)- Walk on the Croisette.- Change the atmosphere and take the sun on a bench in the Hesperides garden.
