Get ready to create timeless memories! Everything you need for your next vacation is provided for you in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Relax in the spacious open living/dining area. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Have meals on your private balcony overlooking the gulf. The beautiful master bedroom has private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds for a sleeping capacity of 6.

You’ll love the beautiful view from this 8th floor balcony in the popular Phoenix X Condo complex. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation are included. There are plenty of on-site activities - a newly renovated outdoor pool area with an outdoor kitchen, indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, racquetball court, and sauna. New Splash Pad in 2025!

The Phoenix X is also located right next door to the World Famous Flora Bama Lounge. You are within a short walk to all the Flora Bama events, jet-ski rentals, restaurants and coffee shops located right on the Florida/Alabama line.

Please note : Phoenix X guests must purchase parking passes via an email link you will receive prior to arrival. The price is $60 per car and is not included in the Vrbo total. Our two bedroom unit is allowed two parking passes, if needed.

Long weekend at the beach

The condo is in the perfect location with easy access to parking and the beach. Condo was clean with all the amenities needed for our trip. The communication with the owner through Vrbo was excellent as well!

This was our first stay at Phoenix X, it was perfect. The condo was just as described, and you could park in the deck and walk straight to your condo! Great place to stay and we will be back!!!

Birthday weekend

I came to the gulf with my daughter and friends to celebrate her 21st birthday. It was the perfect location! We spent the days on the beach and were just steps away from the Flora-Bama.
