Welcome to Whitewater Oasis in Palm Springs! When we're not renting it out, this is our home and we're excited to share it with you. We've poured a ton of energy into making this a place that we love to spend time and hope you'll love it and respect it as much as we do. All rooms are outfitted with Casper memory foam mattresses, overhead fans, luggage racks, and a small table or desk for remote work.

Bedroom 1: "Cactus Cool" - Queen bed with ensuite private bathroom
Bedroom 2: "Flamingo Fun" - Queen bed overlooking citrus trees
Bedroom 3: "Swimmer's Sanctuary" - Queen bed with pool view
Bedroom 4: "Sunset Suite" (Master) King bed with oversized double head shower ensuite and 50" TV

The 3rd full bathroom is outfitted with a dual vanity and a bathtub with handheld shower head.

The living space is a modern open concept with plenty of room for entertaining. The house is stocked full of games and there's a 55 inch smart TV centered around a large sectional sofa. A bar located right off the kitchen centers the home for a good time. The garage is also available and is equipped with laundry, a second fridge, and a Wallbox level 2 EV charger.

House Rules

Things you should know about renting in Palm Springs. The following is true of ALL permitted rental properties and are enforced by the city:

1) No more than 8 overnight guests. No more than 12 total daytime houseguests.
2) No outside amplified noise. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line. This property is equipped with noise sensors to prevent excessive noise.
3) The primary guest/responsible party must be at least 25 years old. This guest must be present upon check in.
4) No more than 4 cars.
5) Any violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
6) The City of Palm Springs requires the renter to provide a list of all guests, a copy of his/her ID and a signed version of the house rules at check in.
7) Any violations and fines are the responsibility of the renter and not the owner. *The city is strict and expensive.

Other things you should know/house rules. Please read carefully – by submitting an inquiry you agree to the following conditions

1) There is no smoking allowed on the property.
2) Heating the spa is included in your booking fee. However, there is a $50/night fee to heat the pool to 86 degrees. Due to the extended time it takes, there is a 3 night minimum. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you wish to heat the pool as it may take some time depending on the start temperature. The pool is monitored and any attempt to heat the pool will be charged against your deposit.
3) We love our four legged friends, but out of respect for all of our guests pets are not allowed.
4) Renter is responsible to clean all dishes and put them away before checkout. Any dirty dishes left out or put away without thorough cleaning will result in an additional charge against your deposit.
5) Renter is responsible to take out the trash. There is a trash bin and recycling bin on the side of the house.
6) The owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
7) Renter shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
8) Swim at your own risk. No eating in the pool. No horseplay, running, or diving. No lifeguard on duty. No glass outside. *Plastic dish-ware is provided and stored in the kitchen.
9) Utilities are included for reasonable normal use only.
